[It's Beastboy again. He's looking better since the announcement of Terra's leaving. Perhaps a week of ponies and robots and madness was enough of a pick me up. Either way he grins into the camera, apparently at the diner in Hospitown]

Sup dudes!

So you all so that big old house that Minnie is claiming for her clubhouse? Ya know, Buckingham Palace?

Well obviously we've already seen Tokyo Tower, San Francisco and my buddy Donatello found this old noodle shop from New York City!

So has anyone else found anything familiar out there in the big wide Digital World? I'm starting to wonder if maybe we shouldn't have like...exploring parties or something. Because what if your favorite Pizza place or your house is just like...sitting on top of a mountain or in a cave or something?!

If you could have like, one building from your world appear though that WASN'T your home what would it be?

I think I'd vote for the video game arcade. I'd be a great way to kill time and have some fun between ya know...world ending events. I had alot of fun back in Terminal Tokyo's arcade.

[Bee's tone is more subdued than usual since the loss of his original form, but Beastboy's video at least gives him something of interest to respond to. And it's a nice distraction.]

Terra and I scouted the area northeast of HospiTown and found some unexpected things. Quite the adventure.

What'd you find up North East?

[He blinks, unaware. Sorry, Beastboy. If he'd known he'd touched on a sore spot, he would have apologized.]

Factory of some kind. Pretty dangerous- I wouldn't recommend going up there.

[He'll be leaving out the details unless Beastboy asks further. There was a lot of running, fighting and close calls. Whew.]

But as for Terra, he's tall, has brown hair, travels with a Dorumon, and ... he has biggest pants I've ever seen.

I didn't know there was more than one.

Ah...

[His ears droop and he sighs rubbing the back of his head sheepishly.]

I was just confused. Terra was this girl I...well she was my girlfriend. She got sent home last week.

[Just gonna brush right past that]

So this factory was pretty dangerous huh? Good to know. I wonder if there's some way we can update everyone's maps...

[The change of subject is a little surprising with how quick it is.] Uh... Not sure. But I'm sure we could send out a message with an attached map? I'll ask the others if they've found anything too. Terra's got a few other contacts who are scouting other areas besides me.

[His voice softens.] About your girlfriend...

I'm sorry. I must've gotten your hopes up.

A-ah well...heh...that was my fault don't worry about it. I knew there was more then one Terra. My Terra just liked to travel and I thought for a minute maybe she'd had an adventure I didn't know about before she was sent home.

[He's still sorry anyway, BB.]

Was she someone you met here in the digital world, or...?

Nah, I knew her back home.

[Deep breath, sighs because he feels he's gotta get into it now]

The short version is I met her like...a year and a half ago...maybe two years ago in my world. I really liked her but alot of stuff happened, she broke my heart, made up for it and sort of died.

Then she appeared again and I was like "DUDE SWEET!" But she didn't remember who I was and didn't want anything to do with me.

Then we both show up here right? What are the odds that she'd be one of the only two people from my world to be here? We patched things up despite some really stupid glitches in digital world. And just when we finally started going out and being like, a couple? Bam! She gets sent home.

According to the people who have already gone home the Digital World just seems like a dream and they forget about it. So...yeah. It's a bit fresh.

[Waves his hands worriedly]

But it's not your fault dude you couldn't have known!

[Bumblebee listens respectfully- both because he's always interested to learn about people and what's important to them. But also because anyone who decides to share such a personal story deserves his full attention.]

[When Beastboy is finished, he still has the courtesy to be forgiving.]

So this place was the second chance that you never had in your world.

[Or at least... almost was. It also seems like a cruel twist of fate that she would disappear when they finally connected.]

Yeah...it was really amazing while it lasted.

I figure the best I can do is my best here. When I get home...I try again.

[His question is soft, and filled with sympathy.]

Do you think this time she'll remember you?

Man I hope so.

I'll be hoping for you too.

And who knows. Maybe she came here to the digital world for a reason. It showed you what's possible, since you've done it once already.

That the gap between you and her in the real world isn't insurmountable.

Yeah...maybe you're right dude.

I got the crest of hope, so I might as well be hopeful. One way or another things will work out.

[He gives Beast Boy a little nod. If he keeps his head up like that, especially after such a cruel twist of fate, he'll probably be just fine.]

... What was she like?

[A silly smile creeps along his features and he gets a far away look]

Beautiful. She's got these big blue eyes that I could just swim in dude. Like I look into those eyes and I can't see anything else.

She's funny, and way smarter then me. And totally humble. Like you could not PAY that girl to give herself a compliment.

And...she's a real hero. She's willing to give up everything to protect innocent lives. And she's willing to go even farther to make up for her mistakes.

[Oh. Wait. He's got some human phrases for this. He's heard Miko use them before. Perfect timing.]

She's a real catch.

And you're head over heels.

[Aha. Yes. Nailed. He's pretty sure he used that right...]

From the first moment I laid eyes on her I was like, wow!

How'd the two of you first meet?

Oh dude it was amazing! I'm on this superhero team right? We got this call about a giant Scorpion Monster in the desert bluffs outside of town. By the time we got there we found it chasing this beautiful blond girl!

But just before we jumped in to help we realized she had led it into a trap, and crushed it with this huge rock!

So we invited to come hang out at our place, have some dinner, take a shower. I guess she was camping out in a cave.

Superheroes?

[There's a note of excitement and heightened interest.]

I've never met any of you before, but I've read quite a bit.

DUDE! They can try. My family are these awesome Super Heroes called The Doom Patrol. Each one with super powers.

My other family is the Titans, and we can take care of ourselves obviously.
