[A Tentomon appears, waving towards someone off-screen.]

And talking to people is definitely better than freaking out and biting yourself.

[After a few moments of shuffling, a teenaged boy appears on screen, looking more than a little annoyed. He rubs at his eyes, frustrated.]

I already told you, none of what you're saying makes sense. You're shit at explaining things.

That doesn't mean you can just hurt yourself!

[The boy ignores the Tentomon, shuffling closer to the D-Terminal. Way too close, actually, because now all you can see is his eye and nose.]

How does this thing even work? It doesn't even make sense.

It might make sense if you weren't pressing your face against it.

[Once again, Tentomon gets ignored. Well, mostly.]

But you're saying that Mikasa and Armin can here me? And...and even the Corporal? If they're here at this...whatever place? Digital world?

That's right. I'm sure anyone watching this can tell us where they are, we just need to ask! Though...I guess this counts as asking, doesn't it?

Right. So, Mikasa, Armin, if you're here, I'm safe. Or...anyone else who knows them, you could tell them that too? I don't know.

[He leans back, finally, looking at the Tentomon helplessly. After a few tense moments of staring, Eren motions at the D-Terminal and Tentomon scrambles forward to end the feed.]

There have been a few instances of people going home and returning or, even, coming here from points in time that to others would seem like their past or future. With that being said I believe we can assume that time flows differently between the two worlds. Whether time stands still while we are here or if it just moves extremely slow, it is hard to say. Regardless, I have tried not to worry too much about it as there seems to be little I can do to control either side.

[If time is normal, well, his team will just have to learn how to function without their leader.]

As for your partner...it is difficult to say. Partners are apparently chosen for us, but I have noticed no particular pattern regarding who obtains which type of digimon. Supposedly he would be better for you or he should suit you in some way. I have discovered my own partner, Sedna, has certain attributes that compliment my own thinking. She has become something of an asset and her forms as she increases in strength only seem to further that.

[It takes a bit for him to process everything Kaldur says. He's not the brightest person in the world, and he's pretty sure he doesn't quite get it. Time just...stopping or slowing down?

He chews on his bottom lip, brows furrowed before he just. Gives up on trying to understand. He'll just accept that he doesn't know anything, but that Mikasa and Armin and everyone else are probably okay.]

...Right. So...[This is hard to fathom. Oops.] I guess this means I just have to do my best with him and then...maybe I can see everyone else again?

[Kaldur can understand that. It's not like HE completely gets it either. Robin or Wally might have been able to work a better explanation out...but they weren't here. Besides, it was Kaldur's own private theory.]

That is about the gist of it, correct. Our purpose here is not only to help the Digital World, but prevent the chaos here from leaking out back to our own homes. So what we do here may help them back home.

[he pauses and then adds.]

[Yeah it's frustrating at first...actually it doesn't get much less so.]
