Why would you want to be leader? It just sounds like a lot of work and responsibility to me. Bor-ring. Meanwhile, the people not having to make plans and schedules get to have all the fun and sleep in and stuff.

Besides, you can't just MAKE yourself leader. That's something you have to earn, bucko.
