Yes.

Normally Donatello isn't like that. When I met him he was very friendly, and kind, and seemed to avoid hurting his brother no matter what.

I don't know what changed him, but something did. This isn't even just because his partner died, he was upset, yes, but he let his brother see that and help him... now it's different.
