Well whatever mook is deciding the requirements needs to jump off a bridge.

[Though after saying that he may purse his lips. Because well... those current 'requirements' did get him his current partner. He won't admit it out loud... but despite the trials and tribulations of taking care of Bee, he wouldn't trade him for anyone else.]
