Don't know what the glitch is this time, but I hope it sticks around. I love being a lion again.

Anyway, wanted to say thanks to all you guys who talked to me to other day, even if it was only to get Lopmon to quit bugging you.

[He sure seems like he's in a way better mood than he was when Lopmon was putting him up for adoption before.]

Unique. Drastic transformations like that are typically only found in the realm of fairy tales.

I hadn't thought this world to be so... storybook.

I suppose someone wouldn't, if they didn't grow up around humans.

Fairy tales are typically what mothers tell their small children, to help them sleep at night. They're idealized stories, about princes rescuing princesses, magic, true love, and redemption.

Usually, the world isn't like that. It's a much more cruel place than the bedside stories say. I wasn't expecting... some of the more fantastical elements to be here.

[A glance aside to Gabumon, who's been sitting off to one side, listening mutely.]

But in a world of talking monsters, I suppose anything can be possible.

[Gabumon looks worried for a moment, until Blake's expression shifts into something lighter, and then she smiles, pacified.]

Anything...yeah. I gave up trying to figure out anything here a long time ago. None of it ever makes sense.

I wouldn't know. My world didn't have anything even close to any of this human stuff.

I can imagine it wouldn't be, suddenly finding yourself as you were.

What else has there been?

One of them made it so we couldn't understand each other, unless we were from the same world. I ended up roaring in people's ears because I couldn't tell what they were trying to say. Another one made everyone do something with...cars...or...something. I don't remember, that happened right after I got here, and I have no idea what they even were.
