We'll start with basic training. In fact you can do some of that while I'm away. Jogging, stretches, some push ups and sit ups and things. When I'm actually there I can make sure you're doing them properly and encourage you.
After that some yoga, maybe some basic hand to hand. As a musician you have a sense of rhythm which will help.
