Alright, this is a question for the digimon in the audience.

[She sighs.]

[She looks remarkably grumpy.]

[There's some shuffling for a long moment before Hibiki takes the d-terminal from Floramon.]

[Percy carefully nudges Steve a little out of frame, if only so that Hibiki's getting a picture of a normal human teenager (... or you know, what looks like a normal human teenager, anyway) instead of a giant, talking crab.]

No, I just met him yesterday. And they're not demons, they're apparently called Digimon. [Which he is saying like I don't even know, man, this is all way beyond me.]

There should be a note on your D-Terminal explaining things!

What are digimon, if they aren't demons? I thought it was their demonic family. To be honest, the note just made things more confusing.

I was in Nagoya! Was the transfer instant for you too? I didn't question Nagoya to Tokyo, but New York?

It was pretty instant, yeah. Maybe distance doesn't matter.

I was thinking we might have been drugged and then brought here, but New York is a long way away...

I mean, I noticed a lot of people are from Japan, but I've met a couple people who don't live anywhere close to it. Why would you think we'd been drugged?

I have no memory of how I got here. At all.
