Umhm... I'm guessing that's what it was anyway.

I was... kinda dead, before I came here. I mean, I still existed and had a body that could be hurt, but was... sorta on a separate plane from most people? Kinda like a ghost, I guess. But when I showed up here it was really painful, and my body kept breaking up like static. And people could see and touch me again, it stopped eventually and it was just like I was alive and normal.
