SECOND DEPLOYMENT - [backdated to late Monday]

To anyone who can hear this, this is Optimus Prime, leader of the Autobots.

Many of you are most likely afraid or without direction right now. My fellow Autobots would like to help, if we can.

We intend to establish a meet-up-point in the mountain areas to the south of the city. From there, we can go forward and find a way to challenge the enemies in the city itself. Those of you who would like to join in this effort, or would like to find a secure space to stay, please come to these coordinates.

This is not a matter of them becoming bored or not, Miss Tohsaka.

There are people whose lives are in danger. I will not allow this to carry on.

Do you honestly believe you're capable of protecting them on your own? We need something more organized otherwise we'll just end up with a bunch of self-proclaimed heroes like yourself trying to do everything.

Even heroes fail when they lack the right support.

Miss Tohsaka, with all due respect, why do you think I am making an effort to organize everyone?

You tell me why you're gathering a bunch of kids up. You're the one asking for them to group up with you.

The threads of fate have already conspired to make them combatants by dragging them here. I am doing nothing more than trying to find a way to help them band together, or at very least find a reprieve from the violence plaguing this city.

That said, I have also contacted those chosen who are adults, as well as my own subordinates.

And that may be, but nothing will be gained if I do not make an effort.

I could send Lunamon to help out, but I've got to stay here. I'm not letting some stupid blackout keep me from my research. [ Which means she's staying in their little dorm. ] I've got a gun so if a Digimon shows up, I'll just pop them in the head.

Your partner's combat effectiveness is hindered without your presence. In any case, I would prefer they remain with you.

The choice of course, is yours. This is merely my advice.

I think she'd do better without me. The only time we've fought wasn't a good experience for us, so maybe she'll fare better with you guys.

Besides, do I really sound like the type of person who needs a guardian anything?

... The choice is yours, Miss Tohsaka. If you want to send Lunamon, by all means, but I do not advise it. You are not under my command, and all I can do is offer my advice as your room-mate and friend.
