009 // [Video; backdated to early morning]
[Wheeljack could handle snow. It wasn't immediate wetness and if you hurried, you could get out of it quickly. However, no one told him that snow would transition to rain in the span of a millisecond. So he's on his way back from the store (early food run), bags on Sheepmon's horns--when the rain starts to kick in.
And in full force.
When the rain pounds down, Wheeljack drops the D-Terminal in surprise, clicking it on in the process. As for the robot himself, his eyes shoot open wide as the water comes down on top of him. His hands open up, feeling the water pound onto them as he just stands there.
You isn't really pleased with this either. Within seconds her wool is soaked, and she's back in her Gazimon form. Because wet wool = no thanks.
Sorry, you'll have to carry the bags, Wheeljack.]
.....BOLTS.
[Yep, that was in fact, a robot cuss word.]
[You can be heard whimpering as the rain completely soaks her to the bone, before she's picked up by her 'human' partner and shoved into his coat, zipping it up. He was already dripping with water--it didn't matter. He scrambles to get the D-Terminal from the ground, noticing it's on.]
...So. Everyone else havin' a good mornin'?
[If they're even up. And as you can see, he looks like a ray of sunshine. See: completely pissed off.]

You did it! You finally took a shower!
[Video]
Not by choice.
[Nice job admitting you avoid it if possible.]
[Video]
You're so gross.
[Video]
One of these days.
[You have no idea how much he wants to just shove your smarmy little tapir-head into the sand.]
I dropped the bags...
Great. Just...scrap.
[Video]
Everything all right in here?
[Apparently overhearing from another room, Arcee finally shows up to see what her partner is up to. You know, after telling someone he was DYING, she's been trying to keep better track of the shit he pulls.]
Everything's fine!
[Video]
Everythin's fine.
And you?
I'm wet...
Not You.
[Video]
Guess who's taking that D-Terminal.]
Picked a bad time to go shopping, don't ya think?
[Video]
Go big or go home, right?
[But no for serious.]
...Wasn't really doin' this when I went. Wanted to stock up and wait the week out. Told ya I never had the best timin'.
[Video]
Where are you? Try to find a dry place, stay there and wait. I'll come get you.
Because if there's one thing we can't stand, it's soggy food.

[Cannon Fodder isn't outside, so yeah. Could be worse!]
Are you going to be alright out there?
[video]
I'll be fine.
I'm a Wrecker, a little water ain't gonna stop me.
[video]
Well that's good to hear! And hey, no need to worry about um, rust? Cause you're human now.
[video]
...I guess that's a plus.
Nope! Just the smell of rain.
[video]
Just don't stay out in it too long you two. I don't think this place could handle another one of you guys getting sick from the weather.
[video]
Don't worry about it. I'm not plannin' on stayin' out here longer than I have to.
[video]
I'll try not to, but if you need any help at all don't forget to ask?
Um, that is to say. Ah, nevermind Mister Wheeljack!
[How did Whirl get this digimon partner, how.]
[video]
...Then again, when he looks at You...]
Will do, kid. Where's your partner?
[He hurries himself under a tented area to shake himself off.]

[And then -- PERK.]
That's rain. Isn't it?
audio;
[He slings his arms down, as water practically runs down him like a fountain.]
Figure of speech.
And yeah...
Least I won't rust.
audio;
[It's a good thing this is audio, because he's openly gawking at the rain and replaying the video.]
... It's nice. I didn't think there'd be so much, though.
audio;
[Bro he just got monsooned on.]
Not exactly the words I'd use.
[But those words he'd use are too damaging to your virgin ears.]
Couldn't tell ya, I'm not used to it myself.
audio;
[He actually flinches a little.]
I've... just never seen it before. I heard it, once or twice. But there were never any windows to see it.
audio;
Not really common in space, either. Kinda an earth-only thing.
So...we're both new.
audio;
... I was built on Earth. In Japan.
Your world doesn't have it?
audio;
Nothin' like this.
