Greetings, Citizens of Terminal Tokyo! This is your local Trailmon Job Agency doing its monthly rounds! We've a lot of jobs to fill and more people than normal. Hope none o' you youngins were out here for a vacation! Man-- I remember the good old days of running free, yes ma'am. Now my gears are all rustin' and it's a hard to get on chuggin'-- but never you mind all that!

Since there's a lot of new folk around here I best get'ta explaining, yeah? Beginning of the month or so we post a bunch of jobs. We Trailmon spend a while setting 'em all up nice and organized for you lot.

All ya gotta do is sign up to do it. Remember there's limited spaces for each, so don't be riding the Slow'mon about it!

[[OOC MECHANICS: This is how it will work (we'll be doing it similar to [community profile] gargleblasted). Each number needed will be listed and it's first come first serve. Each character is allowed ONE (1) job, so please don't go signing up for more than that.

To get the job all you have to do is respond! SIGN UPS CAN BE FOUND HERE! Please respond with the CHARACTER JOURNAL of the character you wish to sign up with!

This is where all interactions will be taking place. There is a section for each job, and you will be allowed to set up further things as you like in terms of dates and times and who you will talk to.]]

Worked a real job in so very very long, and that was something completely different from working at some place that sells organic sweets. But hey, doing this got Impmon to stop hassling him so much.

So depending on the day, the time, and if Whirl is working alone or not? Anyone stopping by the stand during such times may actually catch him either doing some stocking or... trying to get customers.

Mikey may surprise a good number of people, that he is a much better cook than it would seem like he should be. Of course the constant reminders from Leader, who takes up perch on his shoulder through his shift, makes it obvious he isn't the best at keeping away from experimenting.

Fortunately she was quiet at the moment, not reprimanding the teen as he stacked together a meal, no so much because he was not putting on strange ingredients on the food, but because this was for himself, so if the teenager wanted to try to make a successful 'pizza burger' she wasn't gong to try to stop him, as long as he was the one going to eat it.

Once his food was made Mikey slipped out into the cafe part to eat, taking a hard earned break, and not so secretly wishing he could see Leatherhead.

[Kovu hasn't talked to the new guy on the shift yet, but something about him reminds him of Donnie - and a certain someone Donnie's mentioned now and again.]

[If you've ever come into Lilymon's before, it's entirely possible that Ryan's helped you out. He was probably polite and enthusiastic about it, coming to help before customers even asked, which is drastically different from his current behavior. He's sitting behind the counter and flipping through a magazine while he drinks tea, entirely ignoring everything that's going on in the shop. You want help? You're gonna have to ask for it.

Even then, there's no real guarantees.]

[Donnie had liked working in the store the past few months. He only had to work twice a week, the Ninjamon he had to keep out let him keep his training on-track, and for the most part everything went smoothly.

He was a little stressed out right now though. Along with a recent personal issue, he was feeling sick and managing the job alone was not exactly fun. Honestly, he just wanted to pull a Raph and punch something. At least beating up Ninjamon helped him get some frustration out.

But right now he was just sitting at the register, twirling his staff around mindlessly. Bored out of his mind.]

[Leatherhead felt paranoid that Donatello might have been onto something. He worried--no, agonized over the possibility of Donnie spilling something to Michelangelo. Not now, not yet.

When he first saw him in the store, his first instinct was to pounce the turtle and yell in his face. But he decided against it. Rather he would approach the turtle, nervously searching for eavesdroppers.]

...Donatello. I think we must talk.

Karaoke Party

[Today had been a pretty slow day for Leatherhead. Sometimes it would get crowded and Leatherhead would consign himself to cleaning up after the guests. But now it had slowed down he had a lot of freedom to help around the stage and aid in cleaning up the karaoke machine.

He worked pretty well (once he got the hang of work), mostly quiet when he busied himself with menial tasks. But if someone approached him (depending on the person), he wouldn't be adverse to say hi.]

[It's another fun filled day at the arcade...except for Beastboy. He's grumpy and struggling with a large heavy arcade cabinet. And cursing up a storm]

Stupid damn game. No one even likes this old piece of junk.

[His usual reverence for the classics seems to have fallen away as he shoves the machine over and savors the crashing sound it makes]

[It's okay, Beastboy, Ryan's not having very much fun either. Normally Ryan wouldn't be in the arcade at all, but Mimi had told him he was being weird lately and said they should do something fun. So she dragged him to the arcade. It looks a little like he'd rather be anywhere else in the world.]

If this is the way you treat all your equipment, it's a wonder anybody comes here at all.

Ryan, relax. He's probably just having a bad day.

[There was something comforting being surrounded by archives once again. Though these books were much more primitive than anything he'd worked on in his life in Orion Pax, he quickly acclimated himself both to the different media and the system of cataloging said documents.

At different times of day, Optimus can be found sorting and shelving, running the checkout station, or pouring over a different book or document... sometimes you might even catch him lost in the stacks themselves, his nose in a book.

This was the life he'd wanted to return to for so long. For Optimus Prime, it was like he'd returned home]

[The library was the last place Arcee would ever go, let's face it. In fact, walking into the building for the first time felt pretty foreign to her. But the thing was, she wasn't here for herself. She was here to see Optimus.

No reason or anything, really. She just had the day off.

[Her voice is pretty loud, which causes her partner to interupt.]

[Well - for books. Books with useful protocol in them. Like food protocol. That would explain the stack of cookbooks he'd set aside for his excitable digimon to read. Just business as usual.]
