This is Leader, I need help.. Mikey... Michelangelo got hurt, his brother...

[She shakes her head, getting herself back on track.]

I can't get him all the way home, I am in the Desire Crest district, but I'm going to revert to Salamon here soon, and I've been barely able to move him as it is.

Please, some one...

[She seems to be waiting for some benevolent response, her attention flitting between her partner, who's head she is nestled by, and the D-Terminal.]

((OOC: This happens after Mikey and Donnie fight which is still on going. Salamon's digivolution to Gatomon happens there and wa already approved. Mikey's injuries aren't all figured out yet, so some generalizations will be made for now.))

We are by the Statue of Liberty, almost right across the city from you. I haven't been able to move him home, and I'm afraid if I keep trying I will de-digivolve and if something else happens I won't be able to protect him. I may have broke up the fight but I don't know if what ever is wrong with Donatello will have him trying to get to Mikey again.

He is unconscious, but maybe that's best, it looks like he's going to hurt a lot when he's awake, at least for a bit. And I'm pretty certain his heart is going to hurt at least as much as his body, after that.

I'm not going to keep you away from him, he is going to need you, it's going to be hard enough that his brother has changed... if you try to stay away I think it would hurt him too much.

[Leatherhead feels horrible for the other turtle. He came here only to lose his brother while the rest of his family was still away. The alligator wouldn't leave him. Not now. Not after he confessed his love to him.]

[Leatherhead finds himself scooped up onto Devidramon's back as they head out towards the Statue of Liberty.]

[Leader was partially tempted to call Duke a show off, or point out that it wasn't her intention to stay almost the same size on digivolving, but since he was helping out she decided to stay quiet about it.]

I'll be waiting for you both.

[It took a little longer than Leatherhead wanted, but with Duke's pace, they were able to make it there easily. The alligator hopped off, running towards his friend, ready to scoop him up.]

[The big human scooped up his friend into his arms. Though he was not conscious, he hugged him close. The guilt was nearly overwhelming.]

[Leader debated both a snarky response and a genuine one; she settled for one somewhere between the two.]

I would be grateful, unless you don't think you can carry everyone.

[Turning her attention to Leather head she kept close by him and her partner, her concern obvious in her expression.]

He's right, you can't be the one to blame for it whenever something goes wrong. I'm his partner and I could be there for him...

[She put a paw on Leatherhead, trying to be comforting.]

I don't think he wants you to think like that, you know?

You're gonna make yourself as crazy as everyone else. And for the first time in your life you might be the only sane guy left. Keep it that way.

[Leatherhead nods, head still close to Michelangelo.]

Besides, Mikey's going to probably need you to be as stable as you can be, when he wakes up. Comfort will be important for him.

[She moves to Duke, trying to climb on first to hopefully encourage Leatherhead to come along too. Unfortunately she was more worn out than she expected and struggled to do so.]

[He slowly mounted Duke's back, to which Duke replied with a simple grunt. This was gonna be a long trip.]

If everyone's ready, let's go.

[Leader managed to get herself up on Duke's back, draping across a shoulder.]

At least you don't have to worry about me getting sick, Mikey's at least got me used to heights.

[She looked to her partner where he was being held by Leatherhead, wishing the attempt at humor was a better distraction.]
