[Perry nods. He gestures at the air. If it was something in the air or the water wouldn't everyone be infected by now? It really makes him wonder who this whole thing is spread and it's not like he's a scientist that can figure this kind of thing out.

Sure, he's smart, but he'd much rather punch a problem in the face than try to do detective work.]

[And that's where you and Wheeljack agree, Perry. He'd take a fist to the face as a solution over research. It's faster and way more effective.

Perry chuckles though. Yeah, he knows a lot more about humans and it's really not helping him solve this problem. Jack has a point though, the digimon are involved and so are some that weren't originally human but were forced into that form. It's not limiting itself. Maybe it was like some of the other glitches that had occurred before. Perry considers that train of thought and then reaches for a scrap of paper.]

We're in a digital world though. So wouldn't everything be digital? Could be like THAT kind of virus.

It's funny how the two go together... Digital viruses and real ones. Yannow?

[Perry moves his hand up and down in a gesture that indicates he's "so-so" when it comes to this stuff. Normally all the science and tech is done for him and, at most, sometimes he might have to fix it.

He sits back and nods at the comment. The two kinds of viruses ARE fairly similar in a sense.]

[Perhaps. He still thinks he has better taste in food and accessories than you do. But, perhaps that comes from having the sense of taste longer. Perry just looks amused and tilts his head slightly. Either way they DO seem to have a lot in common.

Well, you quarantine the effected, and go straight to the source! That's how all viruses in computers work. Zombie movies too.

[No, not really. Although he was honestly still thinking of the cringe worthy beer cereal.

Perry's not exactly used to it, but he's noticed that apparently Doof and maybe Phineas and Ferb can read his expressions. Everyone else needs an actual visual aid.]

Would work if we knew who Patient Zero was. We can't even guarantee that the individual is still here to examine.

Guess we could start trying to round up infected at least though.

The only trouble with that is we could risk another Dark evolution...or if we put them all together maybe trigger one in whatever location and the larger digimon could bust out.

So I guess the question becomes do we have a place around here secure enough to take it. Guess to avoid all of that we just knock all the infected out. If they're unconscious they can't evolve, right?

[Wheeljack just blinks at Perry's message. He raised some good points, and they could take all sorts of precautions, really work at this in the best way they could to avoid a Dark Digivolution. Come up with a plan.]
