[ Sora is feeling pretty good - despite how the market area looks. Kyokyomon rests on his head and Renamon is hovering over a shoulder. ]

Kinda glad that everyone is back to normal. It was starting to get kinda rough, you know? But hey... It's all over and we definitely kicked butt! I got my crest too and I'm pretty sure lots of us did. So the next time something happens, we're gonna be even stronger.

[ well. Sora thinks so anyway! just look at that face and try to disagree. he takes a moment to look over to Renamon with a grin. ]

And we get to make new friends. More help never hurt, right?

[ All three of them exchange looks after Guilmon speaks. personally? it's what they think too. ]

Yeah... We think that too. Clones... True partners... All that stuff really doesn't matter. It's pretty obvious that Kyokyomon has his own thoughts and feelings and is different than Renamon here. He's as real as, well. Anyone. He's my friend.

And friends are from where you draw strength.

[ Sora smiles. nods. then throws an arm around Renamon. ]

But then why should I give up on the chance to make a new friend? That just doesn't make sense to me.

You mean we're not friends already?

[ and Sora laughs. ]

[Wow, that's a happy Renamon! Granted, Ruki's is pretty happy these days, but this one's so chipper. He can get behind that.]

I think everyone just felt a little sad because they thought that their partners being "fake" meant that they didn't matter as much or that it was better to focus on their "real" partners... Like, Guilmon saw one partner who was scared that she wasn't needed anymore.

[He shakes his head.]

Guilmon's never heard of Tamers with more than one partner before, but I don't think that's bad! That just means extra strength.

...That's kinda the point I was getting at. It's not bad at all.

I just hope the other Tamers see it that way, too. I'd be really sad if they started picking fights with their new Digimon, or their new and old partners tried competing or something bad like that! Do you think that might happen at all?

I don't wanna think so, but some people don't get along with anyone, you know?
