[ Sora is feeling pretty good - despite how the market area looks. Kyokyomon rests on his head and Renamon is hovering over a shoulder. ]

Kinda glad that everyone is back to normal. It was starting to get kinda rough, you know? But hey... It's all over and we definitely kicked butt! I got my crest too and I'm pretty sure lots of us did. So the next time something happens, we're gonna be even stronger.

[ well. Sora thinks so anyway! just look at that face and try to disagree. he takes a moment to look over to Renamon with a grin. ]

And we get to make new friends. More help never hurt, right?

[He reaches up, rubbing the back of his neck. How to explain this...he's not too up on the technical aspect of his planet, but he'll try.]

See, planets got this...life force. And when that dies, the planet dies. Can't bring that back no matter how much ya rebuild.

[ see this face, WJ? this is the exact, sad little face that you are seeing right now. because AH HA HA. WORLDS. LIFE FORCE. GOING OUT FOREVER.

I lost my world like that once. Where I come from? Even worlds have hearts. If the heart of a world is lost to darkness, everyone and everything in it will also be lost.

Maybe you can't rebuild it... But the light? The light is never completely gone.

[So this kid lost his world too...maybe not from civil war, but from...something. Dark forces and whatnot weren't something Wheeljack put too much of his faith in, but he never knocked it out as a theory. His gaze casts away for a moment, towards a little bottle of sprinkles. Taking it, he tosses it between his hands idly.]

Sounds like you and I are in the same boat.

[He opens the container, putting some of the sprinkles in his hand.]

Planet got dark, so most of us high-tailed it out of there. War wasn't over--isn't over--but now we're just...

[He flicks the sprinkles in his hand across the counter.]

Scattered.

...Only light we got to go on is the Commander. Say he was blessed by the planet itself. Guess it depends on how much stock ya put into that, though.

[ you are going to make him sad. Sounds a. Lot like Leon's tale. And even Sora can remember the feeling of being somewhere new. Without his friends. They had been scattered for a long time. Even after finding each other! ]

When I woke up in Traverse Town, I couldn't find my best friends. That's how I got started visiting other worlds. I found them, eventually. And I found out that it doesn't matter if you're scattered.

[ now he grins. ]

You're always connected. No matter how far apart you are. And our worlds started coming back from the darkness. So yours could too. It's not impossible, I think. And who knows? Maybe the heart of it all IS with your commander. That's not impossible either.

[ Sora rubs at his nose with a little laugh. ]

I've heard of it before. Hearts sleeping in other hearts.

[It's hundreds of thousands of years of heartbreak, Sora. At least he's giving you the drive by version.]

Bounced from rock to rock, huh. 's what I did.

[But his eyes flick up at Sora, flicking a few sprinkles his way. It's not like the ice cream shop's going to be used for awhile anyway, right?]

Yeah, I do believe all that stuff. Bouncing from rock to rock, like you say, I got to see a lot of that "heart scrap."

The guy that we have to stop? He possesses people by putting placing some of himself in them. [ Sora rubs his neck, shrugging. ]

If it wasn't for my friends... You probably would be looking at another Xehanort and I would have been sleeping in darkness forever.

[Who taught you how to robot cuss you're a Disney character--oh right, he did.]

[There's a lot he has to substitute, but he gets the message. And it sounds like this kid's seen way too much for...well, how young he is.]

[It's said darkly, almost a growl as he tosses the sprinkle bottle back and forth.]

[ um.... eyes are on that bottle. had he, uh... had he said something wrong? ]

[It seems to snap him out of it, at least, giving a smirk.]

Some guy tried to pose as me in front of my friends. Took my armor shape, faceplate and everythin'.

Didn't work, but I know the feelin' about that kind of scrap.

They figured it out pretty quick then, right?

[There's a smirk, hopping off the table as he goes to grab his empty bowl.]

Like you said, with yours. Helped ya not become Xeha...

[He makes rolling motions with his hand, as if thinking on the name.]

[ swinging his legs since his feet can't touch the groooound.~ ]

Your war thingie isn't done, right? So who have you been fighting?

[His head tilts up, looking around for something in the back of the counter, his hand reaching behind one of the units that lies back there.]

Whole can 'a bolts you're openin' with that one. Fightin' our own kind--ngh--actually.

[He eventually finds what he's looking for, pulling out a bag of candy. Yeah...he kind of stashes food here when he needs it. None of it's healthy either.]

Autobots vs. Decepticons. One for the freedom of all species, other for a tyranny. I'm the former.

[He'll hold out the bag to him, sitting down on his opposite side.]

[ wow what a piggy. that's okay, though. Sora gets stashing the goods. it gives him ideas on how to keep things from Vixie. ]

You don't have, like, friends on the other side do you? Or do they switch sides at all?

[ because surely they'd understand that being all for conquering one species is bad eventually, right? RIGHT? ]
