[It's Perry!

He looks a little worse for wear, but happy nonetheless. A satisfied smile that the worst is over and the clean up can begin. He waves at the camera and then gestures across from him, turning the screen around...to a Tokomon wearing a fedora that is WAY too big for it.]

Hello everyone! It's Bartholomew. Perry just wanted me to get the chance to tell you all we are okay and to get to brag. I finally evolved to my ultimate form, Silphymon. Perry even said so. That means he activated his crest, of course, and I'm trying to convince him that it's a sign we should move to our district.

[Tokomon is beaming and happy. The fedora slips down on his head, covering his eyes. A chuckle can be heard off screen and Perry reaches over to adjust the hat back into place. Despite it being too big, Tokomon just won't give up on wearing it.]

Thanks Per. Anyway. I have more good news. We met a new friend. Perry said I should introduce her since she's under my command now, apparently I'm the senior partner for Perry which means I get to call the shots for the new one.

Okay, Perry, you can show her now.

[Perry moves the camera to show a Renamon leaning against a nearby wall. You can tell she is a part of Perry's team because he's apparently already gotten her a fedora. She has it tilted forward and looks like she stepped straight out of a noir film in the way she stands and her hat tilted like that.]

Say hello to Gertrude.

[Gertrude tips her hat, turning to the camera.]

Hello. The name is a bit long, but I suppose if my partner finds it fitting then I shall try to live up to it. After all, it apparently holds some significance for him.


It is good to meet you all. Perry and I have already discussed how we will start repairing the city. But first he must rest...he has apparently been over working himself before I arrived.

[Perry turns the screen away from Gertrude and Bartholomew. He nods at the camera to sign off.]

Yes, Perry and Bartholomew have been very good friends to us since they arrived.

Well we're all animal lovers so it was a good jumping off point.

[Perry gives a thumbs up at the animal lovers comment. Because it's true.]

We need to do more stuff together though, Perry doesn't get out much.

You got that right dude! All work and no play makes Perry a dull boy.

But most of the entertainment stuff in town was destroyed...

No biggie! We'll just make our own fun! What do you do for fun back home P-dog?

[Did he just call him P-dog? Perry makes a face at the nickname, not sure if he particularly cares for that one. Gertrude is the one to answer this time, her fox-tail flicking in amusement.]

From what I hear, when he's not fighting an evil scientist he's not doing much else.

Oh that's not true. Perry spends time with his boys, Phineas and Ferb. They build stuff.

[Tokomon pauses and leans back to look up at Perry.]

Could you build stuff without them here? We could try to fix the entertainment stuff or rebuild some houses or something.

[Perry considers it a minute but then nods. With the right tools he could probably fix some of the stuff around here. He'd been planning on doing it anyway.]

There we go! Perfect! We can have like...a rebuilding party.

I'm not very handy with tools but I'm strong. I can help.

[Perry smiles slightly. A rebuilding party could be fun. Now it's just a matter of arranging it of course, but it would get things done AND give everyone a chance to kind of relax...well, as much as you could relax while working construction and repair.

Tokomon chimes in.]

That's okay! I probably won't be able to work many tools, but we can do things like paint or carry supplies to people.

Well it's settled. We'll talk to our friends, gather up what we can and figure out where to start!

[Perry grabs a piece of paper, writing a note before holding it up.]

Collecting trash bags, buckets, and anything to haul the debris away would be the best start I think.

Ah! Right. I think we can mange that. In fact I have a cart from when I was making vegetarian deliveries. That'd work great!
