Hey, umm... I have a question.

Do you think you could teach me how to make stuff in time for Christmas? I really want to make people Christmas gifts, but... I don't know how. Or at least not how to make nice soft gifts.

What is it you want to make?

I'm not sure what to make for some people... and I really don't know what to make for Leatherhead yet.... but for Donnie I want to make some turtle dolls, two of them that can hold hands!

I hope we'd be able to do something in time, though. Learning to sew or knit can take a while...What are you thinking of making?

Um... I still don't know what to make for most people, especially Leatherhead... but I know what I want to make for Donnie... I want to make two turtles, that can hold hands. To help him remember that we will always be brothers!

Oh, that's so sweet...! That sounds like something we could sew, if we can get fabric and stuffing...I think I'd be able to get some patterns to make it work...

I wish I could figure out what to make for Leatherhead.. I've never spent Christmas before.

[She smiled.] It's a wonderful idea.

This will actually be my firs Christmas too...although it's very similar to a holiday we have back home as long as it's a gift that comes from the heart, I'm sure he'll really like it.

Really? What's your holiday like? What's it about?

The holiday we celebrate back home is Hearth's Warming Eve...it's in remembrance of the time the three different pony kinds - the Unicorns, the Pegasi, and the Earth ponies - started to get along and founded Equestria.

Oh wow... that sounds really nice, and important! I know that Christmas has some kind of reasoning, but I really don't get it when I've watch tv specials about it. Of course there's spending time with family and all that, which I do get, but the other part is just... I don't know. But I could totally get behind a holiday about people getting along and living together!

[She smiles.] It's a very important holiday for us. If it wasn't for that, the different kinds of ponies would never have interacted, and we wouldn't be living where we do now.
