...I can't think of any ARC loners you'd want to be anywhere near. Most loners are kind of mean to other people.
But, for the moment... I think it's probably an AR Cloner, and if I assume that our second digimon came from it...
Hm. Augmented Reality Cloner? Since they did create clones that had the effect of changing reality with the SCOPE virus.
