Ey' folks! Betcha ya thought we was dead again, huh? Not this time! Hic just fell asleep for a month.

Ooor we can be lame and tell the truth!

Naaah, we just needed ta'get away from town for a while. Yaknow, clear our heads and junk. I mean I'm pretty sure dyin' kinda takes a toll on a guy, don'tcha think? We weren't alone or sucked off by some data stream this time, at least. Nah, we had BWG with us!

[From the corner of the feed Kotemon can be seen, cautiously patting Fearless' side.]

So um....he's...um....our friend now, right?

You kiddin'? BWG was always our friend kid!

[Wow ok, looks like someone got over their paralyzing BlackWargreymon fear.]

BWG's my man, I'll tell ya that much! Now see I just gotta get workin' on gettin' ta' Ultimate...

But anyways, so what'd we miss?

[Hiccup can be heard groaning from the other end of the room as he tinkers with his leg with a screwdriver.]

You know, I'm pretty sure they want to talk to me, not you.

Heeeey, Fearless! Long time no see!

[That entire video has him laughing. And super glad to see the kid again.]

And Hiccup!!

Hah-hey, there you are, dude! Went off to enjoy the rest of the island, huh?

[Hiccup smiles when he hears Martin's voice, taking the D-Terminal in his hands so he can talk to him face to face. Fearless grumbles and hops up onto the desk before lying across Hiccup's shoulder so he can see too.]

You could say that, yeah. I just needed some time to myself...Berk definitely isn't as compact as this place is.

[He gives an understanding nod, smiling cheerily. Sure, he might've liked to know where Hiccup had run off to as well, but it wasn't like he or his brother had never gone off somewhere without a heads-up.]

H'nothing wrong with that. Sometimes fresh air and a change of scenery can really do ya a lot of good. Chris and I have been wanting to explore outside the city for awhile now but...heh...h'we keep getting side-tracked.

[He gives an amused shrug, chuckling a little.]

Did'ya have a nice walkabout?

It was nice enough, yeah.

[It would have been nicer without that little detour to Primary Village.]

I had Kotemon, Fearless, and BlackWargreymon with me so it was....interesting.

[Is dying just a thing with you guys?]

[That sounds like a digimon...?]

[YEEEAHH APPARENTLY.]

Mhm. He's a...pretty big Digimon that found himself here like the rest of us. He's a good friend of mine.

[He blinks curiously at that.]

Huh...he's a digimon that wasn't native to this place...?

[That's unusual. All the other digimon he'd met seemed familiar with the area, or at least appeared to hail from the same place.

He then chuckles and grins.]

Heh, that's cool! You've gotta introduce me to him sometime!

Apparently! But I will, if I can. I think you'd like him.

Definitely! H'I'd love to meet 'im.

[He's honestly excited at the prospect. All of the digimon here are so fascinating.

...Speaking of...]

Oh hey! H'you were probably out of town when Chris sent the message out, but we were wondering if you still wouldn't mind showing us that journal you've kept of all the digimon you've encountered?

[Hiccup grins, pulling the journal out from beneath his arm to show it to Martin.]

Already got you covered there. I'd be more than happy to show it to you guys.

[If at all possible, his grin widens even more.]

H'I'm sure you're probably still getting settled after your trip so how about later this week?

[It's not like he's got anything planned for the upcoming days. ~~Or knows that anyone else has anything planned.~~]
