I never imagined this would happen...
[Koushirou appears on the screens of all the D-Terminals, looking more than a little shocked, and...guilty? Even though there is really nothing to be guilty for. It is not his fault that the city disappeared, after all.]
Never did it cross my mind...I thought certain places would get destroyed, but never--The entire city...
[A small sigh passes his lips as he brings a hand up to pinch the bridge of his nose, his eyes clenching tightly shut.]
When I started preparing a new place, I didn't think it would be due to the whole city being obliterated as it was. I should have, though. I should have known something this terrible would happen after Titamon attacked. Taiki-san's warning should have been enough, but--
[He takes in a deep breath before lowering his hand to stare once more at the screen. Right. He needs to focus. He needs to tell them what he has been doing this past month or so.]
There is a place...HospiTown. It's on a separate continent, but I've been working with the Digimon there. We have managed to set up new residence there for you. It's not as cozy as what you are use to, but at least you all will not be asked to live out in the wilderness. The only trouble is that it is quite some ways away from Terminal Island. I will be talking with Hikari, the Trailmon that are still there, as well as the Whamon to see about transportation.
[Koushirou rubs his face, mumbling something incoherent under his breath before he once more focuses on the screen.]
Apologies now for the inconvenience, Chosen. Hopefully...hopefully this will not happen again.
[And if it does, he hopes that they are prepared.
With a brief shake of his head, he reaches out and shuts down the feed.]

[Koushirou dips his head faintly in greeting, the solemn look still present though he tries to offer a small smile.]
Unprecedented they may be, but not unpredictable. Considering the amount of damage the city took just from Titamon... [He sighs.] That was only one Digimon. With Taiki-san's warning, I could have brought up my plans from the start. It was foolish of me to think that the city would not have been completely and utterly destroyed...

[Kaldur nods.]
Perhaps so, but you cannot place the blame on yourself alone. If nothing else, take this as a learning experience and accept the mistakes that may have been made. Things do not always go as we plan them to.

Yes, it is. We had to work together as a team to make it through what we did. At times, it felt as though we had done the impossible. But it all managed to work out in the end.

Thank you, Kaldur’ahm-san. I will definitely take what you’ve said to heart.
[An indistinguishable voice can be heard in the background. It catches Koushirou’s attention for a brief moment, and he gives a brief nod before he’s focusing once more on the screen.]
I’m afraid I have to go. I hope everyone has a safe journey. And...thank you, again.
[He bows his head, both as a farewell and as thanks before he reaches out to cut off the feed.]

"Inconvenience." Is that what you call this?

Please excuse me. It is simply the only word I could think of. Despite my vast vocabulary, I honestly could not come up with a better way of expressing just how...horrible this is.

However, Koushirou knows when he cannot be of any help. Further discussion will only cause more distress. Best to bow out while he can.]
Very well, Kovu. I hope you and the others have a safe journey.
[And with that, he shuts off his end of the D-Terminal.]
