Hm. Yeah. I guess that is what I'm saying...[ She replies, almost as surprised as himself. Powerful marriages between humans and demons were fairly precious things. He'd elevate her as much as she'd elevate him. There were other suitors in her life, but he'd rank fairly high up there. Hm hm hmmm...tempting indeed.

Oop. He's having another spasm. Fond of shouting. Good, he'd need a bit of spunk to keep up with her. ]

Well then, stop complaining about the date! You're the one that was shouting about marriage. I accepted, end of story. Its alright though! You have plenty of time to get to know me, and if you change your mind...well. I'll be sad, but I'll understand. I know a girl that looks like me can be...less than appealing. Well you know. Humans can be really sort of racist. Or specist? I mean...my ears and teeth alone are enough to bother some people but then there's this-- [ She grabbed the end of her tail, holding up the scaly length ending in a massive froth of pink hair. ]

--and I mean, my natural form is nothing like this at all. I'm not human, you know. I'm all wings and teeth and scales. I might be roughly human-shaped but the similarities are few these days. I can choose to look human, but its just magic.

I wouldn't want you to marry me and think you were gettin' a bum deal. I believe in full disclosure.

Well... There was a girl I like back home who was literally a demon, whose ancestors all turned into incredible monsters she summoned after they die... so she was literally the granddaughter of a huge scaly dragon that breathed molten lava or something.

Plus, my best friend was a demon too... so... I don't think I judge based on that? It's not a big deal... You are who you are on the inside, and form doesn't stop people from being friends.

[Wait this is sounding awkward AUGH SHAKING HIS HEAD.]

Wow, we could almost be...multiversal space twins or something... [ She nodded, finding a lot of similarities. A lot of differences, certainly, but a lot of similarities as well. ]

I can't summon any ancestors, I'm not that good with magic. I did have a sword made from the souls of my ancestors that manifested itself as a woman though. And I'm not the granddaughter of a huge dragon, but the descendant of one. He's still alive, according to legend, but I haven't met him yet, only seen paintings. He's the big rain-dancing world-dragony sort, you know? [ She gestured a flying snake-like motion before laughing lightly and arching a brow. ]

Of course nothing has been decided. Nothing is set in stone. This, as all things, is merely an idea. A fit of whim or an intangible dream. [ She wiggles her fingers at the screen, arching a brow and smirking lightly. ]

You don't have to marry me. You don't even have to date me. You never have to speak to me at all. I can come pick you up and you can stare at me awkwardly the whole trip. Your choice, sweetheart. I can tell you what would be more fun for you though.

Oh, I know that kind of dragon really well. Lucas was one of those! He taught me a lot about magic and balance and stuff... They're really huge, aren't they? Like, his claw was bigger than me! I don't think he had any descendants, though... Even if he was married to a dryad who... [FURIOUS BLUSH.] W-well that's not important!

[When she makes plain that nothing's for sure, he relaxes by a lot, and is much better able to focus on the conversation at hand.]

W-well, okay then. If nothing's set in stone, then nothing's set in stone. But, uh. Don't think for a minute that I won't talk to you. You're a friend, so of course I'm going to talk to you, even if it's awkward or I end up fainting. Though... I'm guessing by 'what's more fun' you mean 'dating,' huh.
