[A Strabimon comes into focus on the screen. He looks vaguely concerned, and a Hyokomon can be seen yelling MAYA over and over again in the background.]

Are there any Chosen on the island of San Francisco that would be willing to help Hyokomon and I locate our partner, Maya? She was supposed to be back by now, but it's probable that she got distracted by something.

[Hyokomon has switched from just yelling Maya's name to yelling various threats of never-ending house arrest. Strabimon glances over his shoulder and sighs.]

Maya is a little over five feet tall, has blond hair, and was last seen wearing an owl hat and a sweater with an owl on it. She also had a cello strapped to her back, and we would be very grateful if you had any information about her whereabouts.

It's quite difficult to keep track of three people over such a long journey, but I think this instance is really my fault. Maya wanted to be on her own for a while, and I convinced Hyokomon to let her be.

We've been travelling non-stop and I thought it was only fair that she be allowed to explore a little.

That was what I was attempting. Maya is rather independent, and Hyokomon tends to smother her when she's in any amount of danger. It served us well in escaping Terminal Tokyo, but I had thought it was safe enough to left her explore this island a little.

Well, yes. I made an error. [He's genuinely sorry about this, but it doesn't do any good to get ruffled about it like Hyokomon.] I doubt she's in any real trouble, though.
