22 Butterflies | Video (Possible Action)

[Sprout's face appears onscreen when the feed comes on, looking a bit confused.]

So uh...anyone else having this problem?

[The camera shifts to show Choco trying to calm down a rather frazzled Fluttershy...or at least one could assume it's Fluttershy. The yellow feathered wings are familiar, sure enough, but despite the human clothes, she clearly was not human at the moment. Her flowing tail, the same color as her hair, flicked anxiously as she paced on four hooves instead of two feet. She seemed to mutter an "Oh no..." with each turn, passing by Choco over and over as he tried to talk to her.]

C'mon, Fluttershy...it's nothing to worry about...

[The camera turns back to Sprout.] ...Little help?

((OOC: Can stay video, or can move to action. Most likely she'll be either in her apartment, or on the hospital roof.))

Well...it...sort of worked? Twilight's spell had changed the vampire fruit bats' nature so they wouldn't eat the apples anymore...

But...somehow, the bats' nature transferred into me, through The Stare...and that had turned me into a vampire pony...

A-At least...that's what my friends told me. I don't really remember any of it...

[Chris found himself staring at this part of the story. It was really hard to believe, and he found himself struggling a little to wrap his head around it.

Then again, this was a tale from a magical world of talking ponies and enchanted personality relics.]

So what... happened after that?

Well...we were all surprised when Applejack told us that there was still something eating the apples in her orchard. But when we checked on the vampire fruit bats, we found the spell was still in effect, so it couldn't have been them. So that night, we checked through the orchard to see what could be behind it.

[She paused for a moment, frowning a little.]

This is one of the parts I don't really remember...the girls told me I had transformed, so I guess every time I transformed I forget about it. But they managed to catch me somehow, and Twilight reversed the spell, turning me and the bats back to normal.

Or...relatively... [She giggled, once again exposing her fangs.]

After that, Applejack listened to me and set up a sanctuary for the bats in a part of the orchard.

[Spells and most things magic were beyond him, short of what he'd enjoyed in fairy tales and movies when he was younger ~~or 3 months ago~~, so he was listening with the same sort of whimsical interest he had then.

He gave a chuckle at the sight of Fluttershy's teeth though.]

Oho, so that's what those are.

He'd thought he'd seen something unusual while talking to her over the Terminal, but this confirmed it.

It was actually the end of her story that got the bigger reaction though, as his smile widened into a grin.]

Hah'see? There you go! Creatures and hu-...ponies co-existing peacefully so that everybody's happy!

[Fluttershy nodded.] Mm...! I was glad when she finally listened to my suggestion. Plus, I was able to talk with the vampire fruit bats afterwards, so I know they won't bother the rest of the orchard now. So it works out for everyone.

Great! It's good to hear that everything worked out alright.

[A glance toward her mouth, and he chuckled lightly.]

Relatively. S'long as those fangs don't bother you any.

Mm...well no. Though sometimes I forget how sharp they are...and how they're a little longer now.

[She may have bitten her tongue more than once...]

[A minor sympathy wince, and a soft chuckle.]

That's kinda what I was thinking of.

[She laughed softly.] Well, it hasn't been too bad, other than that...

[He snickered a little, nudging her playfully.]

Hah, yeah, at least you don't say your "W"s like "V"s.

[He held an arm up in front of his face like a bat wing. Or as if he was wearing a cape, speaking with an incredibly bad Transylvanian accent.]

I vant to suhck yore vatermelon!

[Chris leaned forward, bursting out laughing at that.]

[Fluttershy couldn't help laughing either, though tried to stifle it a little behind her hoof.]
