[It's a very rare thing when Arcee gets so enthusiastic that she just needs to talk to everyone ever. The camera feed might be a little off what with how big she is compared to the D-Terminal and how awkward it is to hold it, but it's fairly easy to make out that this is in fact a giant robot. The way she sits against the apartment building so casually gives a pretty good scale of measurement.]

Please tell me I'm not the only one excited about all of this.

[Her blue eyes seem to glow brighter than they ever have before.]

I mean, it's about time this scrap pit got something right. Someone? Anyone? I'm surprised there isn't a parade.

A-Arcee, maybe you should give that to me! You know, before you crush it by accident or something!

[Solus is apparently panicking off screen. She never really thought about it much, but things are a lot harder when your partner is so large!]

[His wings perk up, chin actually lifting. He looks... proud. Almost.]

[She jerks her head at Solus, who has been holding the camera for Arcee this whole time, motioning the angel Digimon to get a shot of her 'wings'. Soon enough they're in full view and it zooms in on her, surprise, insignia.]

[He actually peers closer at his own device, like that's going to help something. When he sees what she means, though, one hand comes up, touching at the blank plate on his forehead a little self-consciously.]

[... Shadowmaru's BP badge had gone there...]

It is, yes. And all of you -- you all get them?

Wouldn't be Autobots if we didn't.

...Well, guess we still would be, but wearing the insignia is a huge honor. It's something to be proud of.

[She goes quiet for a moment, a hand reaching out to touch her wing. Arcee isn't aware her human form even had the insignia tattooed to it, so it feels like forever since she last wore the symbol with pride.

There's a small sad shake of her head before she continues; this really is everything she wanted.]

It represents everything we stand for. What we fight for.

An honor...

[He's mostly repeating her to memorize it and process the information. It helps things stick. But it also makes sense.]

[If he could wear the same symbol as Shadowmaru -- that would be a source of pride, too.]

For fighting against the Decepticons, right?

'Cons are only a part of it. ...A big part, but they're not exactly the whole picture. Pretty sure Optimus said it best, but Autobots believe in freedom being the right of all sentient people. I don't know, I think it sounds better coming from him.

...Anyway, Decepticons happen to get in the way of that. A lot.

Yes, even if you don't know how to, it's still your right. ...Not like someone like Megatron would realize that. He's a crazy tyrant and that's all there is to it.

Let's put it this way, some people are just bad people.

It applies to everyone who can think, kiddo. Only time it gets taken away is if you do something awful. Think of it like a big scale punishment. ...And no, can't say I've ever seen anything good in them.

...I guess the line gets drawn when you try to take other's rights away from them. Can't play nice, get your toys taken away kind of deal. Killing for any sort of reason other than self defense, that kind of scrap.
