[It's a very rare thing when Arcee gets so enthusiastic that she just needs to talk to everyone ever. The camera feed might be a little off what with how big she is compared to the D-Terminal and how awkward it is to hold it, but it's fairly easy to make out that this is in fact a giant robot. The way she sits against the apartment building so casually gives a pretty good scale of measurement.]

Please tell me I'm not the only one excited about all of this.

[Her blue eyes seem to glow brighter than they ever have before.]

I mean, it's about time this scrap pit got something right. Someone? Anyone? I'm surprised there isn't a parade.

[He nods, processor spinning with all the things he wants to do.]

I was going to wait until my pipes were working right to talk to thank Ratchet. But now's as good a time as any, right?

[Arcee's expression slowly becomes more serious, although not in a bad way. After all, why should it? There's nothing bad about this. But she realizes how important this is for Ratchet, it should definitely top priority.]

Now's probably the best time. If anyone's gonna want to know, it's Ratchet.

[He may look away from the D-terminal for a moment, expression ... awkward.]

The hospital in the residential wing.

There was some... damage.

[She gives the most disapproving look to ever grace her face.]

[He draws away from the D-Terminal a little. He tries to make it better. Tries to.]

No casualties. Just property.

[Offscreen, Vanguard chooses now as the perfect time to be helpful.]

Except there's a huge honkin' hole in the wall big enough to drive a truck through.
