[It's a very rare thing when Arcee gets so enthusiastic that she just needs to talk to everyone ever. The camera feed might be a little off what with how big she is compared to the D-Terminal and how awkward it is to hold it, but it's fairly easy to make out that this is in fact a giant robot. The way she sits against the apartment building so casually gives a pretty good scale of measurement.]

Please tell me I'm not the only one excited about all of this.

[Her blue eyes seem to glow brighter than they ever have before.]

I mean, it's about time this scrap pit got something right. Someone? Anyone? I'm surprised there isn't a parade.

A-Arcee, maybe you should give that to me! You know, before you crush it by accident or something!

[Solus is apparently panicking off screen. She never really thought about it much, but things are a lot harder when your partner is so large!]

[Maybe it was because of his avoidance of Bulkhead, but Wheeljack had almost never taken the time to really look at the team Prime had amassed. The family Bulkhead had come so close to. Hard to believe it'd take a shape-shift to make him appreciate it, but heck if he doesn't regret it here.

Arcee was small, sure, that was obvious. But in no way did he let that sway his judgement. One look at her and he could see she meant business, on the battlefield and off. And dare he say, she was far from bad to look at. The blue armor was easy on the eyes, and the little purple rings in her eyes was a nice touch, to say the least. Not that Wheeljack would ever point the little details like this out.

And as such, he doesn't waste time when he walks over, scooping her up into an embrace.

Maybe a bit too playful, this one.]

Guess I'll have to take a look at that.

[Arcee isn't about to argue, this is something she's always wanted. The idea of pursuing a relationship...especially during a war, it just wasn't something she thought would happen. Her hope was to wait until the war was finally over, but after losing more than enough opportunities, it...felt good to just be in someone else's arms. That they want her in their arms.

Now that they were bots again, she no longer felt that human barrier that kept them from becoming too intimate. She could touch him without feeling gross about his softness, or her own softness against his. She knew where all the right parts were, even simply knowing she has the option to run a hand around the edge of his wing now was enough to send a shiver down her back.

She grabs onto him the moment she's embraced, resting her head against his body. The pure, hard sound of metal on metal warms her spark and she can finally see that, yes, this relationship was worth going after. She made the right choice.]

I never thought I'd see this day...

[Unfortunately not the playful quip that would normally follow after Wheeljack's dumb lines. She's simply too overjoyed right now to be snarky right now.]

[Those eyes flick humbly at that, a soft, breathless chuckle escaping. She wasn't wrong--he'd almost given up hope of ever returning to this body of his. Even better that he could here with her.

Despite a Wrecker's reputation for being rough around the edges, Wheeljack was surprisingly gentle in this hold. He wasn't one to really know about relationships, or the proper 'protocol', for lack of a better term. But despite that, he held her close, hand resting against her back. One finger rubs gently along that wheel peeking out between her wings as he soaks in this feeling of actually having something permanent. Someone to always come back to.

Words couldn't even describe that feeling. Maybe he had a place in Prime's team after all.

Maybe even with a partner...in more ways than one.

His chin arches over her head, resting on top of it and closing his eyes. Just...soaking it in.]

It's good to see ya, 'Cee.

[Is that a...gentle tone?]

[If it isn't, then she must've heard wrong. This causes Arcee to give a slight 'heh' of a chuckle, pressing her head against him one last time before finally breaking.]

Okay, enough sap.

[No longer drowning in emotions, she looks up at him with a simple smile. It felt good to get that mush out of her system, but she's still Arcee.]

Come on, let's find and open area and get out of here. I need to punch you in the face a few times and I don't want to cause property damage in the process. Pretty sure you did something to deserve it and it's long overdue.

[That's all he needed, too. Just a quick embrace. He wasn't one for the sappy stuff either, at least not for an extended period. He sets her down, figuring she actually wants to use her real legs, taking a step back.]

Probably do. But depends if ya can even land a hit. All that time might've made you soft.

[A playful jab as he starts walking towards the outskirts. If you didn't have a reason to slug him before, there's your chance.]

[Arcee finds herself stopping, stunned, watching him walk towards the the outskirts with big wide eyes. Soft? Soft? Fine, she'll do him one better, how could he possibly think turning his back to her was a smart idea.

Arcee begins rushing towards him, leaps, and proceeds to kick that smug ass...ass of his.]
