Back home... we were roommates. On the same team, in the same school.

Ruby stood up for me once, when others might not have, considering the situation at the time. She's.. a good kid.

Well, at least if she's gone home she's safe. So there's always that.

That study part is probably pretty helpful.

I've been lead to believe the safe thing is pretty good. So, if she safe, maybe a smile is in order?

It was nice having another familiar face here though, even though I wasn't here any longer than she was.
