[A bedroom door slams shut and is locked quickly. Seems that Hawkmon has decided to hide away in Marley's room. The bathroom door does open, though. Marley steps out, wiping her eyes as she tucks her D-Terminal away.]

[She offers a small smile as she wraps her arms around her.]

Watch the door. If he comes out keep him there. DON'T start anything.

[Terri huffs but moves over there to watch. Meanwhile Neku moves over to Marley, offering an awkward shoulder pat]

[Marley starts to nod, but shrugs off the hand on her shoulder instead. She frowns, shooting Neku with a glare before she seems to relax...if only a little.]

I'm fine. He's just a fricken jerk.

[Neku's eyes widen a bit, but he brushes it off: honestly it's how HE'D react]

[Marley whips her head around to look towards the still closed bedroom door.]

[He puts her down next to the bathroom... and at once her tone changes. She purrs and starts rubbing on the door]

[Meanwhile Neku bangs on the bedroom door]

[There's a moment's hesitation before both sets of doors open simultaneously. Hawkmon steps outside to glare up at Neku, while Marley remains hidden from view at first.]

What do you want?

[Marley peeks her head out briefly before going back to sitting against the wall across from the commode.]

I wanna know why you're suddenly being a douche. [Smooth Neku]

[Meanwhile Terri walks into the bathroom, placing her paws on Marley's knees]

I don't even know what a douche is, but I know you're a bigger one! [Childish much?]

[Meanwhile, Marley pulls away from Terri and shoots the Digi-Cat a pointed stare.]

[...Okay, that's DEFINITELY not normal. Since when does Marley curse?]

[Oh, the bob on the head does not sit well with Hawkmon. He immediately flies up to attempt to kick at Neku before turning to fly into the bedroom once more.]

He just is, all right?! He's nothing more than a lazy jackass who does nothing but whine and complain! What else do you want to know?!

[Neku yelps at the attempt, backing up, and B. Gatomon hears it. And before she can even think of trying to convince Marley further she's gone to her partner, hissing wildly at the door.]

[The door to the bathroom slams shut at the same time the bedroom door does. Two sets of locks are clicked into place and there is suddenly silence as neither side gives in.]
