[Lopmon appears on the screen, a mix of concern and frustration on his face as he glances around quickly before turning his attention to the screen.]

S-so...I'm...only supposed to be monitoring the D-Terminal for if anything happens that we should know about. And I'm only supposed to make calls if it's an emergency, but... [He hesitates, glancing around again.] Well...I think it's important, anyway.

See...Fluttershy's been really upset lately. Ever since she and Beastboy... [He pauses, a look of anger passing over his face as he exhales shortly. Then he shakes himself out of it.] Anyway, ever since then, she's just been...sad. She won't leave our room except to go to work, and she'll only smile around the younger Digimon. And even they know something's wrong with her, 'cuz they ask her about it.

She keeps saying she's fine, but I know she's not...And...I-I don't know what to do. [He hates to admit that, because he was her partner. It was his goal - his purpose - to help her, and the fact that he couldn't was hard for him.

But this was about Fluttershy, not about him. And if this would help, than he'd gladly swallow his pride and do this.]

Uh...Twilight, Rarity...if you're seeing this...I-I know we haven't...really met yet, but...You guys are friends from Fluttershy's world, right? Maybe you two can help her?

Or just...anyone really...Please? Fluttershy...could really use some cheering up...

[He pauses for a moment, seeming to think over something.]

She's still working at the elementary school. She gets off at 2.

[With that parting statement, the feed cuts out.]

[Still blushing, she watches Jynx for a little, then walks along next to the fence.]

W-well...animals...and even kids...can be easier to get along with sometimes...

[not breaking stride she continues along the fence swatting idly at Noir when he passes too close]

Why is that?

[She hesitates for a moment, not sure how much to really tell Jynx.]

I-I...I've always had...a little trouble...around others...

I noticed. It's part of what makes you cute in a vulnerable way.

Why is that though? Rough childhood?

...I...guess you could say that...I-I was...made fun of a bit when I was younger...

[sigh]

Yeah, I know those feelings.

[she shrugs]

[She glances up at Jynx.]

So what did you do when...that happened...?

[spreading her arms out as if to help her balance though she obviously didn't need it]

I got mad. Decided I'd prove everyone wrong. Make them all sorry they ever treated me like a freak or a burden. And when the time came I cut all of them out of my life a struck out on my own. Because I deserve better then that.

[She's silent for a moment, simply just watching the other girl. Then she nods.]

You're right...you do deserve better than that...

[she stops and thinks about it for a moment before grabbing Noir with lightning reflexes right out of the air and dragging him close looking him in the eye]

Go get us some drinks.

[her low menacing tone indicates it's more of an unspoken threat then a request. Even the cocky Tsukaimon balks and swallows hard mumbling]

g-great idea. I'll just...I'll go do that.

[after he flutters away she resumes their walk]

I worked very hard each and every day to be the best at whatever I had to do. I stayed up late studying, I woke up early to style and prepare to face the world. I became a girl who knew she deserved better and would get better no matter what.

[Choco hops out of Fluttershy's arms, deciding to go with Noir.

Listening to Jynx talk, Fluttershy then smiles a little.]

That's very admirable...Not many people would be able to stay so strong after that...

Anger can give you alot to work with. And ambition keeps it going when the anger leaves you burnt out.

[hopping off at the end of the fence they cross the street at the corner towards some smaller shops.]

Of course the hard part is when everything you've been working for gets snatched away from you and all your left with is...yourself.

Oh...? What did you do then?

I tried again.

And I was humiliated.

And teased.

[makes a fist her glare sharp as she looks off into space]

And everyone I thought were my friends stopped caring about it.

O-oh...That must have been difficult. What...what did you do...?

I tried one last time. All or nothing, in front of my idol! A woman I had so much respect for.

...sort of failed. It's complicated.

And just as I was wondering if I should give up completely...I show up here.

Oh...It must not have been easy, having to deal with all that and then suddenly coming here...

Yeah, I'll let you know if I ever actually deal with it. Because at the moment? It's starting to look like I got what I deserved all along.

O-oh, don't say that...No one deserves that...

I dunno. I'm not exactly a good girl.

[lopsided smile at her]

I didn't get this name for being sweet and gentle and loving after all.

[She shakes her head.] Still...no one deserves to feel bad about themselves...

[a glint of something mischievous in her eye]

Not even villains?

[She smiles a little at that. Villains, huh...?]

A lot of that depends on the situation. Sometimes...villains are only villains because they weren't given a chance otherwise...

[she actually laughs at that. Nail on the head]

And what about sweet, kind, beautiful, gentle sweet girls who only ever try to help others?

[The smile is a little more reserved as she averts her gaze to the ground.]

W-well...sometimes those kind of people...just have trouble standing up for themselves...
