[The feed buzzes to life, and a nervous-looking Fluttershy appears on the screen. She hesitates, not quite looking at the D-Terminal.]

H...h-hi...um...I...I-I'm sorry if I...worried anyone. I...I just wanted to let others know that I'm...s-still here...

[Because it seems, there are many others who are not.

It looks like she wants to say something more, but instead the video cuts out.]

[ Narrowing her gaze towards the Lopmon's direction. ] I'm sorry, I don't speak to little rats.

[ This isn't going to end well. ]

[Fluttershy frowns a little; she doesn't usually care how people talk to her, but she doesn't appreciate what's said about her friend and partner.]

He's a Digimon...and there's nothing wrong with rats anyway.

Plus I'm a Lopmon. That's a rabbit-like Digimon.

I said that I don't talk to ra--[ Suddenly she's cut off when a Digimon pops up between the D-Terminal and her. ]--Hey!

I'm a rabbit-like Digimon as well! [ She seems a lot nicer than her chosen, at any given rate. ]

[Both Choco and Fluttershy seem to relax a bit at the sight of the other Digimon.]

Hi! I'm Choco, and this is my partner, Fluttershy!

[ Great, she's no longer the main character of this conversation. Seeing that Lunamon's been through a great deal already, she settles down with her arms around the Digimon to let her talk for once.

Enjoy this super rare moment. ]

Choco, but aren't you a... [ Suddenly sheepish, she hides her face mostly behind an arm. ] Is that a name..?

Yeah! Fluttershy gave me a nickname! Isn't it neat?

[So proud of his name, he is.]

[ That's so sweet of her. Not that Lunamon's going to outright say that Rin's not a sweet girl herself (because she is, she's just misunderstood), but after her their previous conversation... ]

Do you like it? [ Seems as though she's incapable of deciding for herself whether or not it's neat. ]

Yeah, I love it! It's my name, and Fluttershy gave it to me!

That's neat... [ Why doesn't she have a name now, she wonders. ]

Who were you looking for?

Ugh--does it really matter?

[Fluttershy bites her lip, unable to really answer. Luckily, Choco is there to answer for her.]

We were looking for a friend from Fluttershy's world. She'd appeared in the city, but suddenly was gone. Poof, just like that.

Huh, did she go exploring too?

[ Lunamon's been shielded from most of that sort of thing thankfully. Rin keeps her sheltered due to her unusually shy demeanor. ]

What about her partner?

Don't know...Tentomon seemed to have disappeared too. There's not a trace of either of them...

Eep! [ Sheepishly ducking her head back behind her arm. ] That's horrible.

Does this, um, does this happen a lot? Rin's lost a lot of roommates over time...

[ A huff can be heard behind her. ] Not that I cared about them any. As far as I'm concerned, they were intruding!

Uh...I wouldn't say a lot, but...it's happened often enough. Fluttershy lost a roommate as well, along with a bunch of other friends...

[Fluttershy frowned a little as she looked at Rin.] Y-you...didn't like your roommates...?

They were boys! [ Only a couple. ]

And strangers! [ Who wants to be roomed with people they've never heard of?

Meanwhile, Lunamon is capable of remaining on topic: ] They must have had an important reason to leave.

W-well, they...would start off as strangers, but...i-if you get to know them...

A-although I...guess it's too late for that now...

Yeah, that's...what we were thinking too, but... [He quickly glances up at Fluttershy.] Still...

[ Rin's quite Happy with one of her roommates for now, so she won't be further commenting on the subject. ]

Still... It isn't safe to go looking for people on your own.

[Fluttershy and Choco exchange a look at that.]

I...wouldn't recommend it...

Did something happen?

Ugh--you should ask that with a bit more confidence like this, Lunamon. [ Rin clears her throat and shoves her face back into view of the camera. ] What happened to you two while you were off being stupid?

[Fluttershy winces at the question, glancing away.]

Hey!

Well, out with it already.

[ Lunamon just gives an apologetic whimper. Really, Rin only wants to know because she cares! ]

[Choco huffs, answering before Fluttershy could.]

She broke her wing, okay? Just leave it at that.

Her wing?

Yes, her w-wing. Don't you see it?

I thought that was just some kind of dumb cosplay accessory, you know like those people who wear cat ears for show. [ Hmph. ] See, this is why you shouldn't go out on your own. You got hurt and I bet you just sat around in pain for a while before you could get up, huh?

[Choco glares a little.] No, her wings are real. Not everyone who comes here is human from their world...

And actually, Fluttershy was really brave. Even after she broke her wing, she got back up and we kept going.

Ch-Choco...

You're mistaking courage for stupidity.

[ She means stubbornness and while that's a trait to be respected, if no one scolds her for it now, will she make the same mistake? ]

Rin...

Next time, you give me a call and I'll do it for you? I'll have to charge you when we find your stupid friends or whatever, but at least you're not going off by yourself. Understood?
