[The feed buzzes to life, and a nervous-looking Fluttershy appears on the screen. She hesitates, not quite looking at the D-Terminal.]

H...h-hi...um...I...I-I'm sorry if I...worried anyone. I...I just wanted to let others know that I'm...s-still here...

[Because it seems, there are many others who are not.

It looks like she wants to say something more, but instead the video cuts out.]

[She sighs in soft relief at that.] Sounds good...

[Facepalm] Yes, you idiot. This is what happens when you lock yourself in your room for three days.

[She gives him a bit of a puzzled look at that.]

Because you haven't sle-mph! [Gets his mouth covered before he can finish the sentence]

Well, ugh... this is awkward.

...You haven't slept?

[Pushes Donnie's hand aside] He's lying.

[Donnie gives Kamemon a glare, which translate to 'Shut up right now']

D-Donnie...what's wrong?

N-nothing. I just... got caught up in working, that's all. It's nothing.

I've had enough. He's lying, he keeps having nightmares and he won't tell anyone!

Kammeon, don't-!

Hey, I've put up with this for a month now. It's gone on too long, you need help.Sorry Donnie, but if your not gonna get it, I'm getting it for you.

[She's silent for a moment, a thoughtful expression on her face. Then suddenly, the screen goes black.

Followed an instant later by a knock on his bedroom door.]

Kamemon, I can't believe that you did that! She didn't need to know that!

It's for your own good Donnie. You need to talk to someone about this, and she's the best person to talk about it too. [Gets up and opens the door] Hi Fluttershy.

[Donnie looks briefly, but he turns and just stares at the mechanical parts on his desk. How was he gonna talk his way out of this?]

[She smiles at Kamemon as she steps inside. Seeing Donnie though, her expression turns worried once again.]

Donnie...what's going on? What...nightmares?

I... it's nothing.

Donnie, just tell her already. You need to quit keeping it in, otherwise you'll never move on from it.

[It's quiet for a moment, but then Donnie sighs and turns around. A look of reluctance and maybe even fear is clear in his expression.]

O-okay, fine. You... do you remember when I told you that I went into the Dark Zone and about how I saw some bad things?

Y-yes.

[She can already tell this is going to be bad. Anything about the Dark Zone usually is.]

[The memory of what he saw, of his family dying was already flashing before his eyes again. He took a shuddering breath, forcing himself to keep it together.]

When I went in, I... I saw a lot of bad things. I saw Digimon get killed, of my brothers making fun of me, of all my mistakes back in my world. It was bad., real bad.

But... the worst I saw was that back home, my home. I... it had been completely destroyed.. b-by the Foot Clan. [His fists clench in both sadness and in anger. Just thinking of the Foot made him furious.]

[She gasps softly.]

O-oh...Oh, Donnie. That must have been terrible...

I-it was, but... that was nothing compared to what I saw next. [Hois fists were shaking now.]

Deep breath Donnie, you can do this.

[Takes a deep breath, stoping his trembling] The Foot's leader, the Shredder, he fought Master Splinter, and... he... he killed him. And the rest of the Foot, they chased down my brothers. They fought back, but... but...

[He gulped as his trembling resumed, only now it was his whole bod. He closed his eyes tight as the memory flashed again, tears building up and cascading downward.]

The Foot Clan killed them! All of them! I had to see it, they killed them in cold blood and just left them on the ground! I-I wasn't there to help them! I let them all die! I-I couldn't...

[And he couldn't talk anymore, instead only letting out harsh sobs.]

[Tears welled in her eyes just from listening to him, and she crossed the room, her arms wrapping around him in a gentle embrace.]

[His sobs stopped when he felt arms around him. He looked at Fluttershy, tears still falling hard. Nevertheless, he put his ehad on her shoulder and wrappen ar arm aroudn her, being careful to not toucj her wing.]

A-at first, Ed convinced me that i-it wasn't real, a-and Marley s-stayed with me f-for a bit. But when sh-she left a-and when I-I couldn't distract myself, th-the nightmare started. I-I keep telling m-myself that... [Sob] That i-it's fake, but i-it won;t stop. I.. I'm just scared.

[Kamemon just watches, brushing away a tear as he again listened to Donnie tell the story. Seeing his partner like this, scared, helpless... it hurt so much]
