[The feed buzzes to life, and a nervous-looking Fluttershy appears on the screen. She hesitates, not quite looking at the D-Terminal.]

H...h-hi...um...I...I-I'm sorry if I...worried anyone. I...I just wanted to let others know that I'm...s-still here...

[Because it seems, there are many others who are not.

It looks like she wants to say something more, but instead the video cuts out.]

There are times I lose control, when no one is safe from my anger.

O-oh...Th-that...that must be difficult...

I have not lost control so much here.

But I am still afraid.

Th-that's...that's understandable. But...you're trying, a-and you're learning...not to lose control, right?

So already you've...you've done a lot of good...

But what if it is not enough?

That's what friends are for. When it's too much by yourself...they're there to help you.

I do not wish to harm any of you...you cannot get too close.

B-but...it's not right for you to do it all by yourself. There's nothing wrong with needing help.

Some things cannot be healed...no matter how much you want it.

That is true...some things just can't be healed.

But...those are the things...that you need others' help with the most. Even if they can't be healed...they can start to hurt less...with time, and with help.

I am afraid...it will come back.

There's nothing wrong with being afraid. [Trust her on that.] Everyone has something that they're afraid of...it's only natural.

But when we're afraid...that's when we really need others to be there for us...To help us handle the things we never could on our own.

I am...still getting used to not handling things on my own.

That's all right. It takes time, especially if you're used to being alone.

But just know that there are people who would like to help you...people who would like to be your friend, if you let them.

...yes, I have friends.

But I still wish to keep them safe.

[She smiles.] Of course. That's what anyone would want for their friends.

But that means that the friends you have...want to keep you safe too...

It is confusing at times, but I think I understand.
