Indeed. However, you should really strive to feed yourself before it reaches that point. Especially if you wish to keep your energy up. Humans typically eat three times a day, although some eat more and some eat less depending on need. You will hear such meals referred to as breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast is served in the morning, lunch at midday, and dinner in the evening.

You will have to find your own preference and schedule.
