[#001 - Video]
[So, going from celebrating his team's victory over the Decepticons to suddenly being a human? Just a little bit weird. He'd listened to everything that had been explained to him in kind of a weird daze, for the first half of it all thinking that he was just dreaming or something.
But then he'd met his partner and realized that maybe, just maybe, this wasn't a dream after all.
After the initial shock wore off, Smokescreen had scooped his companion up, much to her dismay, nd started to wander, only turning his D-terminal on when Hawkmon managed to smack him upside the head with her wing.
So say hello to a smiling, blue eyed young man with a bird sitting on his shoulder, said bird rubbing her forehead as she mumbles something to herself.]
Alright, so. The Digital World. Not sure how the slag I got here and I'm still not sure if this place is actually real or not--
For the last time, Smokescreen, this place is real!
Right, okay, so it's real.
[He shrugs, almost knocking Hawkmon off his shoulder but he catches her, flashing the glaring bird an apologetic look.]
My name's Smokescreen, like the bird--
Hawkmon.
Right Hawkmon--said, and I'm a member of Team Prime, if..that means anything to anyone here. That little..hyper thing that was explaining things to me said that the worlds have combined and stuff...so, what do we need to do to fix it exactly?
Oh, you are hopeless.

...Primus, Arcee, there's a lot you don't know about.
[His voice is soft, the young man shaking his head as he lifts a hand to run it through his hair unconsciously. Trion shifts on his shoulder a bit, resting a wing against the back of his head in a comforting sort of gesture.]
Guess so.
[Because some of what he has to tell her is sensitive stuff; stuff that's probably going to upset her a bit.]
Where are you? I got a place all to myself, we can keep it private.
Re: [Video]
[He turns to look around, completely unsure of where he is, if he's going to be honest.
Good thing Trion's there.
She sighs, shaking her head.]
We're near the marketplace, I believe.
[Although a part of her really doesn't want to go out right now. Maybe she can just send Sprocket...]
I'll make sure he doesn't get lost."
Coordinates coming right up.
[And after a few seconds of fiddling, Smokescreen should get the data. She's in the Crest of Sincerity District, fun stuff.]
Just remember to knock.
We should come up with a password! When you're at the door, say cupcakes! Say cupcakes! Then, um, then maybe Arcee might get cupcakes.
Yeah, that's not happening. We just got food.
[...Oh, right, Smokescreen. She ignores the Tapirmon distraction and looks back into the feed.]
See you soon.
[Video-->Action]
Smokescreen manages a small grin, nodding to his teammate.]
We'll be there soon.
[He ends the feed and sets out with Hawk--Trion's guidance, realizing now just how difficult getting around is when you can't transform into a vehicle. They get there, though, and, heaving a sigh, Smokescreen knocks on the door as Trion stands beside him, wings behind her back all prim and proper like.]
[Action]
A tiny little tapir snout pokes out and a whisper soon follows.]
Say the password! SAY THE PASSWORD!
[Action]
[Smokescreen can't help but grin, hands on his hips as he says it. Beside him, Trion just shakes her head.]
Can we come in now?
[Action]
Were you followed?
Just ignore him and come on in.
[Action]
[Smokescreen looks confused by he doesn't have a chance to think too hard on it because Trion is tugging him through the door and over towards where Arcee is seated.
He stumbles slightly then catches himself, beaming at his teammate, resisting the urge to do something rash.
Like hug her.]
Hi Arcee.
[Action]
Let's skip the formalities and get straight to the point. How are you holding up?
[Even though it appeared he was adapting well, too well if you asked her, she still wanted to make sure there wasn't any major brain breaking.]
[Action]
I'm..okay. I guess? I don't know. This whole human thing is really weird and, I've got to be honest, part of me still thinks I'm dreaming or hallucinating or something.
[He smiles sheepishly, reaching up to rub the back of his neck.
Yep. That's why he's so at ease. Just wait till he realizes just how serious and real all this is Arcee.
A fact that Trion seems to realize as she sighs, rubbing her head.]
[Action]
Well, I'll be here when you wake up.
[But back to business.]
Why don't you fill me in on what happened back on Earth.
[Action]
Well..the war's over, like I said.
But, okay, let me back up. So, Optimus almost died, not long after the stuff with the star saber. The 'Cons found our base and blew it up. Optimus had us all bridge out and he stayed behind...I, ah..didn't listen and headed back through and managed to drag him out of there before the 'Cons found him.
[Action]
It didn't happen.
She'll have to accept it.
It takes her a minute, but by time she soaks it all in, she can't help but give Smokescreen an approving smile.]
You did the right thing.
[Action]
[He smiles faintly, looking down at his hands now as he toys with them a bit..studying them at the same time.]
He wasn't doing too well when I got him out of there. Initially...initially he wanted to pass the Matrix to me. Crazy right?
[The young man shakes his head, laughing a bit.]
I couldn't do that though. So I used the Forge of Solus Prime to fix him, to bring him back from..well, the brink I guess.
[Lacing his fingers together, Smokescreen clenches them.]
From there he headed out to kick the 'Cons afts and save the team. Megatron had pretty much destroyed the city where Jack and the others lived and it was..all pretty crazy. But we beat them...well, we thought we beat them.
