I'm used to it. People died within weeks of my school--can you picture that? An entire school halved each week until there was only two of us.

Imagine if that sort of environment were to happen here. It wouldn't be hard for them to do it--in fact, if someone from my world that was fairly experienced in that technology tried to emulate it, they could very well resurrect the SE.RA.PH system here.
