So. Who turned out the lights.

[The video feed clicks on to show a woman lounging in a chair at some cafe. In the chair next to her Is a Dorumon who seems to be slowly munching on some sort of desert. As for the woman, in the light of her D-terminal a few key things can be seen. Her eyes are pitch black for one, another she has tan skin and long black brown hair that ends just below the shoulders. On her chest is a red hourglass tattoo and what can be seen of her left arm, there is an intricate spider web tattoo sleeve that goes from her shoulder down to her wrist.

For the moment, she seems to be idly playing with her digivice with a hard to read expression. The digimon beside her rolls its eyes and shakes its head a little at her.]

Introduce yourself, it might help.

[The woman seems to be ignoring the digimon besides her even though her eyes narrow a little at the suggestion.She... is definitely NOT happy about something and when she finds the moron responsible for this, she will show them why they shouldn't mess with a spider.]

Whatever. Lets get a few things straight right off the bat fur face. I am supposed to be a spider. I am not supposed to look like some hairless ape that can't even transform.

And for another thing, if they want to know who the slag I am, they can take the time to ask.

[She reaches over and slams her D-terminal shut moments later, cutting off any response her digimon might have had.]

[When she finally flips back open her D-terminal she has an eyebrow raised at the sarcasm.]

Does it look like I care that I'm pulling it off well? I was perfectly happy being the way I was. This new form hardly compares to what I could do.

[Dorumon appears next to her and gives a little wave.]

Give her time, she'll stop being angry eventually.

[Blackarachnia gives the fuzzy..dragon? Dinosaur? Whatever it is a glare.]

Just tell me how to get home.

It was just s compliment from one hairless ape to another.

[Clint shrugs at her demand]

Home is on your D-Terminal. As for your world. I've only been here a few days, but apparently we can't get back.

[He's pretty casual about the whole being unable to return-ness of it all. But he knows that out of all of the people on his team back in his world, he doesn't have what it takes to find a way back just now.]

The hot dogs here a pretty good at least.

There is always a way back. It just takes time to find it.

[Her digimon just shakes her head and goes back to munching on her food.]

...Hot dogs.

[Blackarachnia just gives him a flat look.]

What in the pit are those.

My guess is 'back' is going to require a big elaborate machine, and I'm not Tony Stark, so I'm just going to get comfortable with the place until he shows up.

You... Don't know hot dogs? Wow, not sure if I want to know what it was like in your world, Missy.

...And I don't know who this 'Tony Stark' is or why I should get comfortable until he shows up.

Before this I was stuck on a prehistoric mud ball. Trust me, it was a pain in the aft and cuisine was hardly something we had to worry about.

He... Builds things, really expensive, world changing and generally dangerous things. I mean, you don't have to get comfortable. I just said that I am.

Wow, yeah. Prehistoric mud balls generally never have hot dogs. You should try some while you're here.

He builds things? What kind of things?

[She actually looks curious at that. Especially when the word 'dangerous' was mentioned.]

Uh? Mechanical things, he keeps building himself suits, and keeps making things that almost kill us. Computers, he builds those it even talks to us. He's basically the go to guy for really good technology.

[Clint never really paid all that much attention to what Tony ever made, he just knew that it would work, try to kill them, or not work until it was fiddled with.]

I do know he doesn't like it when you use his equipment to make kettle corn.

Sounds like a guy I could get along with.

[And then mock when she proves herself the more technically advanced.]

[He looks at her for a long moment, essentially checking her out.]

And I'm sure he would love to get along with you too.

[She smirks while her Dorumon gives her a strange look.]

Before or after I shot him? Now eyes up front ape boy. I know my frame is something nice to look and usually I don't mind. However, I want to know more about this place.

Like why the frag I have a room assignment and a good reason for me to actually go there.

Well, that really depends on his mood right there. And back up there, I was just appreciating and thinking if you'd be his type.

Well, it beats the hell out of sleeping outside, this much I know for a fact.

[That smirk just becomes larger as she does a little pose. Who said she doesn't appreciate a little flattery every now and then?]

Sleeping outside wasn't all bad. Cave systems are more useful though.

[She shrugs and goes back to relaxing and toying with her digivice.]

Whatever, so I have a place to stay. And what if I don't like my roommates? Then what.

You're hot and have a pulse, I think that qualifies you as his type. [He raises an eyebrow at the pose.] I've... Been told not to have a type.

Yeah sure, it's not bad sleeping outside. But hey, I'm a sucker for soft beds and stocked fridges.

Then don't talk to them? I mean, I'm rooming with a kid, so for me it's kind of weird. But I've lived with worse.

He's that type huh? [Snort.] Everyone has a type and what you described about him doesn't make him my type. [For a bad girl, she has a good boy tastes.]

What I'm getting at is that I work and like living on my own. Besides, where the slag are these apartments anyway and how am I supposed to find them in the dark?

Well he is when he isn't hunched over some kind of new machine he's been working on.

You haven't? Oh yeah, you haven't lived until you've slept in a soft bed and have access to microwave burritos.

Well yeah, the dark makes it a bit harder to find your place. With luck it wont last much longer.

Uh huh. And you haven't lived until you've been nearly destroyed by the substance that keeps you functioning.

Great. So how am I supposed to find this place now.

Well I haven't yet, But hey, the day is...Um... Probably young, I haven't looked at a watch.

Well I don't know, I don't even know where you are right now. Wouldn't have happened to show up with night vision goggles, huh?

Yeah, well that would help if I had more than just the terminal to see. I haven't nearly been here long enough to know where everything is with my ees closed.

Then what good are you? Can you at least tell me in one general direction the housing is? I think I could figure out the rest from there. Unless, you have an idea what F3 007 is.

Cafe, huh? Okay, I know this is going to sound really dumb considering the situation. But can you see any part of a large red and white tower?

....So we're neighbors. Imagine that.

[She rolls her eyes and glances away, even turning her D-terminal away so she can use the light... and hey he gets a view of the area around her and the little cafe she's sitting outside of. From the looks of things, she's not far from the main terminal.]

You tell me.

I could have worse neighbours.

[He smirks as the terminal is turned around.]

Oh, hey stop right there. See that big building there? The tower's behind that, that's the building you want. A lot easier to find with actual light.

Oh yeah, you could. Pray to whatever deity you like that no one else from my world shows up here.

[She pauses for a moment to consider the building and the place he indicated before turning the terminal back around.]

Convenient. Now that I know where I'm heading, the lack of light shouldn't be an issue. Is there anything else I need to be warned about before I wander off to see what kind of people I get to live with?
