What’s up, Tokyo? Y’know, aside from the whole partner thing.. and Titamon! And the viruses! Man, it has been cuhRAZY these past few weeks! …Months? Haha! I guess the whole time we’ve been here, huh?

But that got me thinkin’! Y’know, we’ve all been so busy with ALL THIS STUFF, I feel like I haven’t gotten to know you guys as well as I should! Like, where are you from? Were you always a people, or did you used to be an animal? Or a half-robot-half-ice-cream-truck?! Who were your friends, what did you do for fun, that kinda thing! I wanna know!

I mean, I know I’ve got people I miss… But with everything else going on, sometimes we don’t get chances to think about them, or talk about them, and then we bottle it up and it feels really bad! So, yeah, consider this a chance to let that out. I wanna hear, even if we don’t know each other too well yet! No judgments.

...Oh! And Digimon, too! I'm sure you guys have a lot of things to talk about! Like, what's it like with all these weird people showing up and trashing your city all the time? That's gotta be a major pain, dude.

Well....let's see.

[Hiccup picks up his pencil and idly begins drawing an island as he speaks, drawing waves crashing up against it.]

It's pretty big in it's own right....mostly without many neighbors. There are other islands, just not very close. It snows nine months out of the year and hails the other three. The food here is....tough and tasteless, nothing like what they have here in this place. Though you learn to grow a cast iron stomach after a while.

Plus, we're vikings. We're born with that plus some.

[...Most of them, anyway.]

Woah, you're a viking!? That's cool! That must've toughened you up a bit for this place's craziness, huh?

Vikings aren't the only ones that live on Berk though, you know.

[Hiccup jumps slightly, having to grab the D-Terminal before it falls from the desk that he accidentally jostled. Well that's the most intense reaction to dragons he's ever gotten.]

I...I'm glad you think so. And no, I'm not kidding.

Would you believe me if I told you I've ridden one?

I wish you could meet my partner back home, Toothless. I....all I could manage would be a drawing of him for you, but it wouldn't do him justice.

Ooh, yeah!

[He switches his feed over to video in preparation. It takes a second for the camera to focus in on the dark room he's in. The screen of his terminal is the main light source he has.]

[Luckily for him, Hiccup had been sketching Toothless flying over the island while he talked anyway. After drawing a few final touches he picks up the notebook and turns it around so Milo can see.]

Toothless is a species of dragon known as the Nightfury. Fastest dragon to have ever lived, that is known anyway.

Ooooh! [Milo moves closer to the camera, trying his best to imagine what real Toothless must look like.]

Did I say that was cool? That is beyond cool. ...Also, are you sure you're not an artist? You are super talented!

[Hiccup laughs a little at that, leaning back a bit.]

Well....I don't know, I wouldn't say that. I work better with tools like hammers and tongs, not pencils and paper.
