[Video | Forward-dated to the evening of the 11th]
[The feed cuts on, showing one scruffy, somewhat scraggly, and slightly worn out Kratt. He's been working on the city every day and tonight, decided to sit around on the network afterwards.]
Hey Hiccup if you're around, maybe after all this is over with we can finally sit down and look at that notebook you've got? So far I've noticed a lot of Digimon are similar to all the creatures I studied back home, and I'd really like to see if that trend continues.
[He rubs his chin in thought- looks like a couple fingers have bandaids around them -and then looks back at the camera with a little gesture.]
And anyone who's had a partner digivolve, I'd like to know what their normal stage is and what they digivolved to? I'm just trying to figure out a couple things for myself regarding the process. [Let's face it, for a biologist like him the whole thing was a little nonsensical, but cool, and he wanted to see if he could figure it out.]
Thanks ahead of time, to anyone who replies! [And he reaches forward to cut the initial feed- wait it looks like that wrist is wrapped up in some kinda brace-?

Uh... um... How about... what is it like going to school? Back home we have a friend who does, but she's not interested in talking about it.
Though it changes a little depending on the grade you're in, school as I knew it was basically this: You get up early in the morning, have breakfast, get dressed, anything you needed to do. Catching a bus or riding with your parents, maybe even walking if you were close enough, you arrive at school and start going through your classes. Elementary students generally stayed in the same room with the same teacher all day, but middle and high school students have a varied curriculum and several teachers. The sorts of subjects you learn vary from English to History to Science, and then there's side classes like Chorus, Gym, and Band.
Around midday you would go to lunch down in the cafeteria, where you could either buy a lunch from the school or eat one you brought from home. Then there would be more classes, though some students may also have a free period at this point, depending on what your schedule was. In class you're assigned homework and projects to do at home, which reinforce everything you learn while in the classes themselves.
There's sports and other activities as well, like marching band and ROTC. As for college, well... [A slight shrug.] That's a whole 'nother story.
But does that answer any questions?
Oh, Um... what about making friends? I mean, TV shows point out that everybody's different so I don't think the same thing works for everyone, but... what is it like?
[Mikey seems to suddenly realize that he could be bothering this poor guy when he only wanted to talk about the digimon.
S-sorry, I just... got a bit excited. I'm from Earth, but... I'm not a human back there. My brothers and I are mutant turtles, so we really don't get a lot of time to interact with people on the surface. I really wish we could go live on the surface like humans do... but the few that have seen us... were really freaked out by us.
Then he smiled, his expression softening as he spoke.]
Making friends can be difficult, but it's one of the best feelings in the world. All you really have to do is be yourself, and that'll get you the truest, longest lasting friends of all.
Chris smiled, and spoke and Mikey felt like he could have cried.]
I-it really is. My best friend from back home, his name's Leatherhead, he was my first real friend, and he told me I was his first friend. When I first met him even my brothers weren't sure about him, but I knew he was going to be a good guy, and I was right.
But at least for the moment he seemed fine, and so Chris had smiled. And he continued to do so, nodding a little.]
There, y'see? You already know what it's like to make friends, and good ones too, at that. It's no different with people; all it really takes is someone with interests like yours, or a matching personality, or just. [A half shrug.] Someone you can confide in.
That's all there is to it.
Sensei's always told us that the world above would never really understand us. Some people might, but on a whole... we wouldn't be welcomed, and possibly people would try to hurt us. I think that's part of why he trained us to be ninjas.
[He's silent for a moment, then smiled weakly.] Like in anythin' else though, all you have to do is find the right people. For every unkind person there's three with the biggest hearts. You just gotta meet the right souls, and make friends.
Oh... um, since I asked you some questions I should be fair and let you ask me questions, if you want.
