[Video | Forward-dated to the evening of the 11th]
[The feed cuts on, showing one scruffy, somewhat scraggly, and slightly worn out Kratt. He's been working on the city every day and tonight, decided to sit around on the network afterwards.]
Hey Hiccup if you're around, maybe after all this is over with we can finally sit down and look at that notebook you've got? So far I've noticed a lot of Digimon are similar to all the creatures I studied back home, and I'd really like to see if that trend continues.
[He rubs his chin in thought- looks like a couple fingers have bandaids around them -and then looks back at the camera with a little gesture.]
And anyone who's had a partner digivolve, I'd like to know what their normal stage is and what they digivolved to? I'm just trying to figure out a couple things for myself regarding the process. [Let's face it, for a biologist like him the whole thing was a little nonsensical, but cool, and he wanted to see if he could figure it out.]
Thanks ahead of time, to anyone who replies! [And he reaches forward to cut the initial feed- wait it looks like that wrist is wrapped up in some kinda brace-?

Ah, yeah I'd heard of that! I'm not aware of having met many yet, but I do know they're around.
[And it's the best thing ever.]
Really?
Oh you've got to tell me more.
[As Bartholomew talks, Perry is busy drawing something on the white board. He pauses and looks at his partner. Perry moves his hand in a 'somewhat' gesture. That was the main reason he was willing to come out about this. Practically everyone knew from back then and while Chris hadn't been around then (obviously) it didn't bother Perry as much to share this information.]
[He finally holds up the white board and Chris will see a drawing of Perry the Platypus.]
The sight of the drawing makes his eyebrows go up and he sits back, then leans forward again, beaming.]
A platypus?
Perry smirks and gives a thumbs up. You've got it and Perry is just glad to hear someone knows what that is. Some of the robots had never heard or seen one and it was hard to describe a platypus and be taken seriously if you hadn't seen them before.]
That's great! [And by that grin, he really means it.] I haven't seen a platypus since we were down in Australia. [A little laugh.] That was an adventure...
Australia's one of my favorite places to be, really! It's so creature-diverse, it's one of the best evolution studies in the world!
Sounds like fun. I should visit sometime.
Was actually supposed to be vacationing in Africa before I wound up here. Some stuff came up.
:(
[And yes, he drew the frowny face. Sure it was months ago now, but he'd REALLY been looking forward to that vacation.]
Aww, I'm sorry t'hear that. Africa's a beautiful place. Can't count all the times we've been there.
Were you gonna do anything specific?
Re: [video]
Safari mostly.
