[The feed cuts on, showing one scruffy, somewhat scraggly, and slightly worn out Kratt. He's been working on the city every day and tonight, decided to sit around on the network afterwards.]

Hey Hiccup if you're around, maybe after all this is over with we can finally sit down and look at that notebook you've got? So far I've noticed a lot of Digimon are similar to all the creatures I studied back home, and I'd really like to see if that trend continues.

[He rubs his chin in thought- looks like a couple fingers have bandaids around them -and then looks back at the camera with a little gesture.]

And anyone who's had a partner digivolve, I'd like to know what their normal stage is and what they digivolved to? I'm just trying to figure out a couple things for myself regarding the process. [Let's face it, for a biologist like him the whole thing was a little nonsensical, but cool, and he wanted to see if he could figure it out.]

Thanks ahead of time, to anyone who replies! [And he reaches forward to cut the initial feed- wait it looks like that wrist is wrapped up in some kinda brace-?

[Kaldur chuckles.] No it is not. Seadramon can move like a snake on land, so I suppose that helps her in some regards. I have seen some of the other aquatic types and she might have been in trouble if she had evolved to a Whamon of some kind.

I could show you if you would like. Gizamon is able to reach that level at least with some ease now.

[There's a light snicker of his own.] I'm gonna guess "Whamon" is exactly the sort of Digimon it sounds like.

If you'd like? I definitely want to learn more about digivolution and what changes are like around here, but I don't want to put any undue stress on your partner.

[No matter what, an animal's- or in this case, a Digimon's -wellbeing is always at the forefront of his mind.]

[Kaldur looks down to Gizamon. The digimon opens one eye, she'd apparently been listening to the conversation. Finally she snorts derisively.]

Oh please. Seadramon is easy.

[Yeah, he thought you'd say something like that.]

We will need to go outside. If you like, you could meet us by the river. That way you could meet her in person.

[Gizamon glances over at Scipio]

What about Skippy? He's out.

[In response, Kaldur gently scoops up his other partner after setting aside his recording device. Scipio is placed on the bed and he turns back to Sedna and the screen where Chris is.]

[Chris looks momentarily unsure, glancing aside toward where his Digimon are sleeping off-camera.

Then he makes up his mind and looks back with a grin.]

Yeah, sure! On my way.

[Kaldur could have just as easily broadcast the evolution, but he liked to get out and if Chris was willing then why not? A few minutes later Kaldur and Sedna were standing by the river and waiting for Chris to show up. Sedna was already floating in the water while Kaldur leaned against the bridge.]

[It didn't take too long for the Kratt to arrive, wearing a partially zipped winter coat against the chill of the evening; he was alone, loathe to wake up his exhausted Digimon.

Spotting Kaldur he raised the braced hand in a wave, approaching the bridge.]

[Kaldur returned the gesture. Sedna floated over to the shore, sizing Chris up.

So, you want to see my awesome Champion form, right?

[Kaldur noticed the brace. They weren't doing anything strenuous, but he felt he should still ask]

How is your wrist?

[Chris flashed a grin Sedna's way.] That's right!

[The question drew his attention back around and he looked toward his hand, then shrugged lightly as he put it behind his back with his other.]

Oh, it's fine. Just a little sore from working on the city, no big deal.

[Kaldur nodded.]

Hopefully it will heal soon. But we should not be doing anything strenuous so it will be fine for now.

[With that he nodded to Sedna, bringing out his digivice. It started to glow and a second later the orange, furry frog-like creature had elongated and grown into a larger monster that towered above both Kaldur and Chris, despite still being in the river. Sedna spread her fins as if stretching and the lowered her head towards the two.]
