Well, fer one thing, we don't really use, uh... Things like this to communicate. We have magic scrolls, an' letters, an' some of the stronger unicorns can teleport to where they need to go. Pegasi just fly.

Teleportation... you mean like a space bridge? [Wow. Bee's impressed! Even if this whole 'magic' bit sort of flies over his head.]

[Although...] For a society with such advanced technology, scrolls seem like an outdated form of communication.

What's a space bridge?

It's how Cybertronians cross long distances. The best way I could describe it is that it's a portal of sorts. Not as convenient as teleportation, but tends to be most useful transferring troops, supplies and entire ships if it's powerful enough.

So, the stronger you are, the more 'magic' you can use?

[He has only the vaguest idea of magic is. More often than not, it's just technology or natural laws of the universe that humans can't explain. Either that or it's used to describe slight of hand and diversion tactics during performances. And movies. There's lots of magic in movies.]

Yeah, in the case with unicorns. Ah can't use magic at all. But my friend Twilight is a unic-- alicorn... an' she's always learnin' new spells. She's the one that can teleport.

You don't miss being able to use magic like your friends?

Well, it's like Ah said. Ah can't use magic, an' never have used magic, so Ah can't really miss it. But Ah've got my own strengths!
