You know I think six or seven months in one place is the longest I have stayed anywhere besides home. Almost forgot what it was like, traveling to new places and running around them. It was kinda nice.

Not that I don't think this town is neat. Just feels like it took a long time getting here.

[ as usual, Ryudamon and Renamon are close by. and Ryudamon isn't going to let that one go. ]

That would be because you felt like you had to explore everything you could get your hands on.

[ Vixie gives Ryu a little nudge and the dragon makes a face. ]

Well I didn't mind it. I wanted to stay at Tree-Top Isle longer. You wouldn't let us go down.

For good reason! Someone has to be the responsible one here.

[ Sora and Vixie both break out laughing while the other digimon grumbles and tries to contain his grin. after it dies down, Sora gets his arms around his partners' shoulders, looking at the camera. ]

Anyway. We're here now. So I feel like I should catch up with the people that got here ahead of us. We should do something!

She's not originally from the islands. Doesn't matter to us really. I think she's pretty much the reason why Riku and I wanted to explore other words. There's really not a bad thing you could say about her at all. Like, you might be able to look for something, but you're not going to find anything. At most, she can be a little scary with some of her frowning and threats. Like, when she told me I had to bring her charm back, I pretty much felt like she'd skin me alive if I didn't.

[ little, nervous laugh. yeeeeeahhhh... Kairi can be scary, but she's really a sweet person. ]

Kairi's really friendly too. She makes friends just as easily as I do. Even though she was happy on the islands, she wanted to go with me and Riku anyway. She's kind of selfless like that - wanting to be with friends and enjoying their happiness. Kairi believes in people. Trusts them. I think that there's a part of her that can see people, you know? Like see them how they are, not what they look like or what they say or all of the stuff like that which can just be too confusing. Maybe that goes with being a heart of pure light, I dunno. She's brave and strong. Kairi doesn't really need to fight like Riku and me... She has a completely different way of being strong - not that she couldn't fight. Bet she could if she set her mind to it.

I ow her and Riku a lot. They're not just my friends, but they are people who make me who I am. Without Kairi, I'd probably still be a Heartless. Without Riku... I probably wouldn't be me anymore.

[Bee has always found humans fascinating. But what he's especially found comforting was the fact that their relationships could so closely mirror that of Cybertronians. A spark could understand a heart, and vice versa. He could probably listen to Sora go on and on about his friends, if only because it reminded him of close bonds of his own.]

I can see why your world's in safe hands.

[After all, if Sora was the type of person who could save his world, Riku and Kairi were the type to help him do even more. Though, he straightens as Sora finishes his description. He hears an unfamiliar term that makes him tilt his head in confusion.]

If like to think it is. Between the three of us and all of the people we've made friends with, we're bound to save everyone.

A Heartless is a creature I darkness that steals hearts. When someone loses their heart, they become a Heartless.

[SORA! How can you even say something so casually. Losing's one spark is synonymous with death.]

Couldn't have helped Kairi otherwise. Don't think Roxas would have been made either if I hadn't.

[The bit with Kairi and Roxas make him uncertain, and mildly confused, but he's more insistent.]

If a Cybertronian lost their spark or had their spark extinguished, they would be dead, Sora.

It's not something to take lightly.

It was either that or Kairi's heart would never have returned to her. Kinda didn't have a choice.

What does you 'dying' have to do with Kairi's heart?

[He understands the concept of the heartless... in very, very general terms. He's aware that it isn't death in the same sense that heknows. But he phrases it that way anyway.]

She, uh... Well she lost her heart on the island. But her heart was hidden in mine. There was only one way to get it out.

[ ripping out his own heart, yo. ]

Maybe with losing your spark, you die. But there's still hope if you lose your heart. Kairi was able to give me mine back.

I think what Roxas went through was more of the opposite.

When someone loses their heart, if that person had a really strong will, then the shell left over will start moving and acting on its own. Again, there's no heart or anything, but they pretend to have feelings.

Roxas is... Different. He's my Nobody, but developed a heart of his own - away from mine. The guy doesn't even look like me. Blonde hair and blue eyes.

One day, we need to both sit down and make a flow chart of all this.

With lots of arrows.
