[The messages appears late at night, some chosen may not get it till the morning if they go to bed at normal hours]
Terra's gone.
If anyone needs anything...ask Rita.
[Because he's heading from the Hospital to the entrance to town, walking with his head down, his crest of hope gripped tightly in his fist]
Re: [Text] Whoops, way too cheerful icon.
[Text] He's just so excited about being 16
Re: [Text] License to drive, no car.
[Text] Now there's an experience Tony's never had.
Re: [Text] The only license Beastboy has that gets any use is on a dog collar :P
[Text] I feel I laughed at that louder than I should have.
[As you can tell, Tony is oh so very talkative in text messages.]
Re: [Text] Then my work here is done <3
Got trained by the Doom Patrol, later joined the Teen Titans. We've saved the world like...a bunch of times. And the universe.
Then I came here and went from hero to zero.
[Text] Very good work indeed.
As for the hero to zero, seems to be something going around.
Re: [Text] You're too kind ~
I've tried really hard dude. I've fought and trained with the Digimon and everything but the best thing in my life here just got sent home. And she won't even remember me when I get there.
[Text] I try, it makes up for Tony being himself.
Re: [Text]
This is the third time I've lost her. Three strikes, I'm out.
[Text]
How about the first two times? What happened?
Re: [Text]
First Strike. Met the girl, found out she has powers she can't control. She thinks I betrayed her by telling the rest of our team and runs off. A really bad dude found her and helped her control her powers. He used her, abused her, made her do things she'd never forgive herself for.
And I couldn't save her.
In the end she did the right thing, saved the city and gave her life to do it.
Strike two.
I found her, alive and well and going to school. But she didn't know who I was, had no memory of anything we'd gone through together.
I tried everything to jog her memory, tried to get her to like me again. Nothing. She just wanted to be left alone.
Strike three.
We both wind up here. We talk things out, we fix everything. We date, we kiss.
I love her.
And then this place...
[Text]
I don't think two counts. and really, I wouldn't count three. Due to being in a completely different world. Did she choose to leave or did it just happen?
Re: [Text]
She was sent home, and when people go home they don't remember anything that happened here. So she'll go back to living her life and wanting nothing to do with me.
[Text]
Three strikes and out only counts if the person leaves because of you, not saving the world or bring returned to their dimension
Trust me on this

Re: [Text]
She was funny, and smart, smarter then me that's for sure. And so pretty especially when the sun was setting.
And she's gone man.
[Text]
But suck it up, the definition of a hero is about being awesome.
Re: [Text]
Your advice is "Suck it Up?"
[Text]
Or thinking you won't get another chance.
So suck it up, move on if you come across her again then you'll get your actual chance to strike out a second time.
Because I'm seriously not counting your second and third strikes.
