This isn't the first time I've lost her...but it hurts the worst.

[Chris had completely missed the message, if only because he was busy. He was late out in town, heading back to the hospital from who knew what, making notes in a journal by the light of his headlamp. The sound of scraping feet attracted his attention and he looked up, stopping midstep at what he saw.

And it was Beastboy?- Whoa, he looked bummed. Color Chris instantly concerned.]

Hey.. You okay?

[Beastboy looks up and to say bummed is polite. His almost gaunt with how miserable he looks. But he hasn't broken down in tears just yet. He can't even muster up the words right away so he just shakes his head and continues shuffling down the path eyes focused on the ground.]

[Chris turns on the spot as Beastboy passes him, and he almost wishes he'd had his Digimon with him, but he'd made sure they stayed in to sleep before he left. So he was on his own, and though he wasn't sure about what he was going to ask, he had to try anyway.]

[Another sad shake of his head and he looks at an item he's clutching in his gloved hand. It's his Crest of hope]

Not unless you can get me home or bring back Terra. She got sent home tonight.

[His voice cracks when he says her name and he looks away, maybe afraid he might slip a tear]
