[Ryan is sitting on a couch in what looks like an apartment. It's not, but you're not going to get him to admit that.]

I have a question for those of you in HospiTown. My former roommate, Ed, hasn't been responding to my messages. [Ryan looks unusually concerned.] Has . . . anyone seen him? He's . . . black hair that looks like a mess, terrible fashion sense, sometimes wears a really ugly brown cloak, kind of an idiot.

Nevermind. [Ryan visibly shifts out of the concern.] Regardless of whether or not Ed is still around, I do need your help with something else. I keep a record of events, as some of you might know, but it has become rather difficult to keep track of events now that we're all no longer in the same place. Tell me, what has happened in HospiTown?

Mmhm! She um...sort of came to talk about all that... There was some other stuff, Leomon talked to her more than I did. She said she'd send out a message, but there hasn't been one yet...

[Juri sort of wilts.] I hope she's alright. She looked really hurt when she got here.

She was injured? [Ryan sits up straighter.] From the fight with Jupitermon or?

[lionhearted_destiny]

From the fight. [Though it will do nothing Juri leans a bit closer.] She said it took her all that time to get here, because she was sent to a different layer of the Digital World. She didn't have time to heal.

[yayashton]

A . . . different layer? I'm sorry, I don't understand.

[Seriously, what does that even mean, multiple worlds was complicated enough.]

O-Oh, I think... [She looks away:] Leomon, what was it she...?

A different plane of existence.

Right! [She looks back.] It's a higher plane of existence, um... The Digital World I was in before had layers, I don't know how to say it differently...

[yayashton]

So like a different dimension, kind of?

[From offscreen somewhere, Mimi speaks.] She's a god, right? So doesn't that make sense?

I guess, but it's a little much to wrap my head around.

A different dimension... I think so. We could travel between layers in the other Digital World, but it took a lot of work. I think that's kind of what Minervamon was talking about except...more work.

[yayashton]

So someone did a lot of work to send her there, then? I can't imagine she sent herself there, if she was injured. [A beat.] Can you tell me about your Digital World?

[lionhearted_destiny]

Mine? Oh... It's a lot more rough than here. There weren't any cities...and only a few villages. Everyone fought a lot, it was kill or be killed. And Digimon, well...they didn't come back if they died.
