[Ryan is sitting on a couch in what looks like an apartment. It's not, but you're not going to get him to admit that.]

I have a question for those of you in HospiTown. My former roommate, Ed, hasn't been responding to my messages. [Ryan looks unusually concerned.] Has . . . anyone seen him? He's . . . black hair that looks like a mess, terrible fashion sense, sometimes wears a really ugly brown cloak, kind of an idiot.

Nevermind. [Ryan visibly shifts out of the concern.] Regardless of whether or not Ed is still around, I do need your help with something else. I keep a record of events, as some of you might know, but it has become rather difficult to keep track of events now that we're all no longer in the same place. Tell me, what has happened in HospiTown?

I just don't feel like explaining nine months worth of events to every new batch of people. It's a waste of time.

Well, you didn't explain anything to me, so. Already not so credible as a welcome wagon.

Not that I would have been all that. Interested.

Besides, people barely read what's on Wikipedia past the first paragraph. How are you even dispensing this nine months of In- have you've been here nine months? Or is this a hand me down thing?

I'm not a welcome wagon, but sometimes I talk to newer people and it's faster to send them a document than try to explain everything that's happened. [Ryan rolls his eyes.] And yeah. I'm one of the first arrivals, we got here in summer and now it's winter. That's at least six months, but it's more like nine. The timeline only goes up to seven currently, though, because I haven't gone through my notes on December yet.

E-Ed...? I...I-I just looked on the housing list and h-he's...his name isn't there...

D...D-Does that mean he...h-he went home...?

Oh no, Ed? I like him... I haven't seen him around, I thought he just got lost.

A Digimon, Minervamon, one of the ones from the city. The smaller, good one. She arrived to do some talking. There was something about the other Olympus XII, Venusmon's group... It looks like Jupitermon's the one who made all the worlds merge together. He's the big gold Digimon, who attacked us before.

. . . That would be my guess. [Ryan sighs.] I mean, I'm well aware that it's likely he could have gotten lost, but something tells me that's not it.

[strengthinkindness]

B-But...even if he had gotten lost...his name would still be on the housing list, wouldn't it...?

[yayashton]

Let's just hope he got lost. [Good thoughts. Good thoughts.] So Minervamon is on our side, then? That's good to know.

You wouldn't happen to know what Minervamon came to talk about, would you?

[yayashton]

I . . . don't know. I never left San Francisco, so I'm not really sure how the housing list works. [Ryan shrugs a little helplessly.] Perhaps they remove people who haven't shown up?

I-I...I'm not sure. S-Someone had told me that she knew some others had gone home because their names aren't on the housing...

[yayashton]

[Ryan is quite for a long moment.]

In that case, I would say it's best to have a realistic hope that maybe he'll come back.

Mm...I hope he's okay...

[yayashton]

[Uh. Well, there was that one time Ryan told Ed that he could come to High School Musical-land if they got out because Ed was pretty sure his world had blown up but this girl seems really nice and genuinely worried so. Maybe he'll just. Selectively forget that.]

I'm sure he's fine. Ed's pretty tough.

[strengthinkindness]

[She's silent for a moment, obviously still worried. But then she nods.]

That's true...

Mmhm! She um...sort of came to talk about all that... There was some other stuff, Leomon talked to her more than I did. She said she'd send out a message, but there hasn't been one yet...

[Juri sort of wilts.] I hope she's alright. She looked really hurt when she got here.

[yayashton]

She was injured? [Ryan sits up straighter.] From the fight with Jupitermon or?

[yayashton]

His world was kind of dangerous, but it's not exactly a cakewalk here so . . . At least he's home?

[lionhearted_destiny]

From the fight. [Though it will do nothing Juri leans a bit closer.] She said it took her all that time to get here, because she was sent to a different layer of the Digital World. She didn't have time to heal.

[strengthinkindness]

Y-Yes...I-It's...probably better for him to be there, huh?

[yayashton]

A . . . different layer? I'm sorry, I don't understand.

[Seriously, what does that even mean, multiple worlds was complicated enough.]

[arrogantalloy]

[He downloads the attachment but doesn't look at it.]

Were you talking to someone about your anal retention before you came here at all?

[He scratches an an eyebrow for a moment then sighs.]

It's good though. That you're, uh, doing this, I guess. One of those look back to look forward things.

It's a habit. [Unconcerned shrug.] I kept a diary back home, and I keep one here. It only makes sense to share what I know with other people.

[yayashton]

I'd like to think so. [He doesn't think so but.] I don't think us being here is good for anything, really.

[strengthinkindness]

R-Really...? Y...You don't think there's something here that's...important for us to be here?
