Fifteenth Blade
With so many non-human Chosen regaining their natural forms, I've begun to wonder something. Those of you who have changed...have you recovered any abilities not directly connected to your biology? I'm not looking for people who have functional wings or greater strength to fit a new scale or a mechanical body, but magical abilities or artificial enhancement...those I'm curious about.
Perhaps this is the beginning of the digital world aligning us with what we should truly be. Of course, it is entirely possible that it's just another glitch, but what is that old saying? Prepare for the worst, hope for the best? I'm sure the concept of being restored to the way we were before coming here is one that many of us find worth hoping for.
And for any digimon who feel that they may become unneeded in such an event...consider how we Chosen feel. Our purpose seems to be nothing more than to serve as batteries and, at best, tactical advisers. Isn't it natural to be asked for our help only to find out that we ourselves are helpless? But regaining our abilities wouldn't necessarily mean a reversal of those roles. Quite the contrary, such an event could make the term partners seem less token, almost laughable. We could carry the weight equally, act as true teammates rather than support that needs to be protected. Perhaps not all of us, but enough to make a difference in our mission, I'm certain.

You have to admit it would be a strange glitch, going by the theory that we were all stripped of our powers and left as mostly ordinary humans because bringing us here as we should be would have been too difficult for the digital world or outside it's parameters.
