01 Butterfly (Video)

[strengthinkindness]

[The video comes to life suddenly, shaking a little as the device is inspected by the young woman. It's pointed off to the side, then up, then down at the ground, before being righted.

When she finally notices it, she blinks curiously.]

Oh, Lopmon...what does that mean?

[The video moves a little, and the rabbit-like Digimon's face appears right under hers. He looks into the screen thoughtfully, then looks up at her.]

You've activated the video feed.

The...video feed...?

Yeah. Right now it's transmitting a video to everyone's D-Terminals.

[Even though the video isn't directly focused on her, anyone who's paying attention will notice her eyes widening.] E...e-everyone's...?

Anyone who's got one.

[The young woman gives a small squeak, and suddenly the video is shaking once again. Blurred images of the ground, the sky, any nearby scenery flash by in rapid succession as though the camera was spinning.

There's a brief flash of Lopmon approaching before the camera is once again steadied, focused on the ground as his feet touch down. The video shakes a little more as the device is turned over, and there's a sheepish smile on Lopmon's face when it comes back into view.]

S-sorry about that everyone. Fluttershy is a bit...well, shy.

[He glances back towards his partner; though his head takes up most of the screen, a little farther back are a pair of eyes staring back at him, peaking over a curtain of light-yellow feathers.

Lopmon sighs.]

[laughs at his lame joke, psyche just sighs]

[She giggles softly.] A-actually, I...already have...

I said I was sorry...

Don't worry! With enough practice we'll have you dancing.

[strengthinkindness]

O-oh, I don't...I don't know. E-even before, I...wasn't much of a dancer.

Well you don't have to, but it can be fun! Just dancing even if you're not good at it.

[strengthinkindness]

[Before she can reply, Lopmon hops up onto her lap, coming into frame.]

What's dancing?

Dancing is like...well...

It's the expression of emotion through body language. Stories, feelings and thoughts transformed into graceful movement paired with music.

Uh, yeah. Like that. But it can be just for fun too.

[strengthinkindness]

Oh... [He looks up at Fluttershy.] Can we try that sometime?

I...I-I guess so...Dancing always more fun with...friends.

[changelingdude]

It'll be great! I am a party animal!

*does a few quick footed steps and twirls*

[She laughs, a cheerful smile spreading across her lips.]

It sounds like fun.
