My name's Waver Velvet, and I just got here recently. I wanted to ask--does anyone know if there's a library or a bookstore anywhere?

I believe so. I have spent little time there myself so there may be some English texts. However, a young woman had trouble with the books a few weeks back stating that most of them were in Japanese.

How're people that can't read Japanese supposed to get by with that?

Some have offered to help translate, at least, if I remember the last person that asked about it. People offered to help her.

I can speak some Japanese, but I do not know how to read it and the phrases I know are very basic. Sorry I cannot help.
